We booked this property as an alternative for week 1 of our 2 week vacation, since flights were already booked. We found this home to be clean, exactly as advertised, and the hosts were very communicative. We had a minor issue with the pool heater th was quickly resolved and a refund issued without even asking. There was 9 of us total, everyone had their own space. There needs to be more kitchen items & cookware for a property of this size. Could use some throw blankets for using while watching movies. We had problems with the dryer the entire trip & finally just gave up on using it. Maintenance came out twice to fix it but it still continued to have problems. I got quick responses whenever i sent a message. There was tons of space for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. The beds were pretty comfy as well. The personal pool at the house was a big hit, as well as the little water park nearby! The kids wanted to swim all day. It's a lovely community. I did have some trouble with the dryer, it didn't seem to stay on long enough to fully dry my beach towels. I ended up hang drying those outside though, so it wasn't a problem.
