(#903) Sleeps up to 6 Master Suite has a King Bed with large TV, fabulous en-suite and large walk in shower, double vanity bathroom and walk in closet space. Sleeps 2 Second bedroom, also with TV with custom wall art, has a full size over full size bunk bed. Sleeps up to 4\. A further large family bathroom is with double vanity and shower over bath. The dining table seats up to 6 with bar height seating at the counter for 3, it’s brunch, lunch and social time at the heart of this resort home with world class amenities including lazy river Sit out on your balcony and enjoy the water views. Coffee and peace at your fingertips! Resort Pool and Water Resort / Park, all less than 15 Minutes to Disney's Magic Kingdom. The community pool and facilities are as good as it gets in Orlando, Gym, heated pools, kids splash pad and play areas, heated lazy river and almost anything else you might want in Orlando. This condo is an ideal base for a family with children to enjoy a premium space. Being on the 2nd floor with elevator access, the space is easily accessible and is a great choice. You can walk to either of the resort pools. One is just 30 seconds walk from the building and the second main resort area is a short walk across the resort bridges. BUT if you fancy a bit more Florida fun then the resort Golf Cart Experience is an option for you too – at no charge we can organize for you to be collected form your door and driven to the resort between 9AM and 9PM daily! It’s fun having a chauffeur - Florida style! Storey Lake Resort Storey Lake is the perfect setting for building your family memories. World class resort amenities and comforts make the perfect retreat from the convenient access to nearby theme parks, shopping, dining and entertainment. Storey Lake’s amenities make it the premier destination in Orlando. Naturally, with a modern, high end resort property, a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances stone counter-tops and all the appliances you might need for a resort stay. High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable and smart TVs, linens and towels as well as a starter selection hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going for the first 24 hours on your self-catered trip. Noteworthy but not exhaustive:- Entrance to Storey lake is secured by gate and guardhouse. The Hideaway - Clubhouse: There are no fees for clubhouse usage (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!). Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge. Some common questions answered about Storey Lake Resort! Are the pools heated year round? Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round! What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily. What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time. Are there activities at the Resort? Yes and the activities change monthly! Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra? Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too. What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily. What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily. What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 5 am – 12 am daily. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home at any time and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie' to us within 24 hours of placing the booking as well as confirming the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property. A signed rental agreement must then be completed before access to the resort and condo can be granted. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner’). Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home. If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The checkin process went smoothly and accessing our unit was flawless, however, this was the last thing that went well on our trip. Upon entering the unit we noticed that the kitchen had a lot of fruit flies. We attempted to get rid of them but there were too many. We reached out to Shine Villas to let them know about the nuisance but because it was late we told them we'd take care of them. Day 2 started uneventfully but upon returning midday it went downhill. We returned to the unit around noon to find out the unit had no electricity. We immediately called Shine Villas and were told they would investigate. We saw another homeowner who informed us that electricity was transferred from builder to the owner. Shine Villas was clueless to this fact and as a result we were without power all day. After much persistence and unrelenting pressure on our part Shine Villas finally placed us in another unit. This new unit was just as nice as the one we originally rented however one of the toilets was not working and the other leaked and flooded the bathroom. We called Shine Villas and were informed someone would come to service them. They never came and we were left with one bathroom for the family that leaked in the bathroom stall. We will NEVER rent a property with Shine Villas again. Communication is spotty at best and if you have any issues please do not expect a prompt response. ##### Rashad S. The unit was pretty clean however I was disgusted with some hair & dirt found in the shower and a few "clean" dishes with food stuck to it. Also, there was no television in the childrens room which I found strange and the adult bed was not comfortable at all. It also has a smell to it which I found hard to sleep on. Everything in the apartment was clean and inviting. Great location! Off of 192 with lots of stores and fun places to visit. Target and Walmart only a few blocks away. The club house and Pool were great but could get crowded. Stayed to one of the smaller pool locations and was great. Couple of recommendations would be blackout shades in the master bedroom and maybe a few more towels. Ver happy with our stay at Storey lake. My family and I were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations, which more than enough for the four of us. The 2-born condo was clean and spacious. Each night of our trip we were able to come back to the condo and fully relax after a full day at the theme parks or other activities. Having this condo made the difference for our trip and we'll consider this place again, should we find our planning to include Orlando. ##### Lisa G. We booked this villa after the hotel we had booked received very bad reviews the month before we were to arrive. The pool is what caught our attention as we have a child. When we arrived to our villa, we were thrilled with everything about it, from the décor to the view of the pond. The master bedroom has a stunning ensuit with a stand up shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a double bunk over a double which was perfect for us! The kitchen had all the things one needs to cook whatever necessary complete with a coffee maker! This place was truly amazing and won’t hesitate to book it again when we return. The only things that could use improvement is the master bedroom didn’t have blackout curtains and the security lights make the room light up like daytime and the bed seems to be very old and completely uncomfortable so my husband and I didn’t sleep very well. The best part was the washer and dryer inside the unit as it made it very easy to keep up with the laundry! Thank you for the amazing villa to complete our wonderful 2 week vacation! ##### Jen B.
