First I spent weeks sending messages through the vrbo app within my reservation that went unanswered. Come to find out a different company was who my rental was through and after I emailed them they gave me the property managers contact info. He didnt know many of the answers to my questions so he gave me the owners contact info and they were helpful. I felt that was not good communication and I never had to spend so much time trying to get questions answered. The house was extremely dirty. So much I would not have stayed there if I knew we could easily get another place and get our money back. There was dust on all the trim that was so thick it obviously hadnt been cleaned off in forever. There was tooth paste splatter all over the bathroom cabinets in each bathroom. The showers and tubs were so dirty we purchased our own bleach and cleaned them. The furniture had spilled food on it that was not cleaned off. There was wristbands left in the upstairs shower and a bag of garbage under the bed on the main floor. The silverware drawer was so gross and dirty we spent the first night recleaning all the dishes. The floor is tile and had dirty marks all over it to show it had not been cleaned well if at all. The rugs were so gross we never took our shoes off or used them. This was extermely sad as it is a perfect location and set up. The cleaners were rude when we mentioned this on our exit. ##### Joell F. Hours of fun in the pool. The kitchen was lacking a few things, sheet pans and 9x13 pans. The pool spa quit working and was quickly fixed the next day. The location was good, just plan for heavy traffic. Home was stocked, and had many essentials you hope to find, but sometimes don't, in a VRBO (like foil, seran wrap, salt and pepper, etc). Convenient location to Disney parks and food. The gated resort community was beautiful and the pool with waterslides included was a bonus! However the house cleanliness was not good. There was hair and dust on the bathroom floors (behind the doors especially), the game room in the garage was gross, had mounds of dead insects in the corners. There was a bag of popcorn by the hot tub as well as random tiles. The whole place needs a good cleaning including the outside area. ##### Nikki W. This house worked out great for our family. The rooms were spacious and clean. All the furniture were comfortable and relaxing. Our kids loved the pool and game room each evening we came home from Disney. On our off days from the parks we enjoyed the community pool and water slides. If you have anything negative to say about this property, the problem may be you! Everything was awesome from start to finish. House was well appointed with everything we needed. There was one small issue, but one pbone call and 30min later, solved. Game room was great on a rainy day. Clubhouse offered many distractions on a non park day. All Disney properties 16-20 min depending on traffic. I would suggest doing a grocery delivery to avoid the crowds. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms and the quietness of the stairs. I cant thank the owners enough for supplying us a home away from home. Will definitely book this property again. ##### Martin J.
