We are continually improving this condo - latest amendment is that the floor has gone from carpet to vinyl, which makes it better from any allergy aspect, if thats a concern.

New for 2024, we have invested in a remodelled Kitchen, linking the kitchen and living areas- and updated the bathroom and Kitchen units to bring them into the 2024's and beyond. Since the pictures Carpet removed and replaced with grey Vinyl, and living room seats changed for modern Blue/Grey. This property is presented in a fantastic condition on the Bahama Bay Complex.

There is a choice of 4 public pools, the nearest being 2 minutes from the Apartment. (2 of the pools have bar / food facilities on the pool deck)
This is a ground floor Condo, this means that there is step free access to this 1 level apartment. (Note we are not claiming it to be adapted for accessibility)
Our home is situated in the select, manned security gated community of Bahama Bay (which is a complex managed by Vacasa) which has 4 heated outdoor community pools, Children’s Splash pad water play area, its own tennis court, shuffleboard area, and basketball court and separate kiddies play area.
This is a perfect base for all of Central Florida’s attractions as it is only minutes from the US 192 (Maingate Disney is accessible from US192).
This is a two-bedroomed single level property which sleeps up to six guests. (using the Sofa bed, ideal for children or 1 adult comfortably ) Both bedrooms have a bathroom.
The property is all on one level and so is accessible for all.
There is free WIFI throughout the complex, including the pool areas.
Outside there is a spacious patio area with seating for 6, around a full size patio table. There is also a Bench seat for more informal seating.
The outlook over the gardens to one of the outdoor pools – close enough to see, yet far enough not to be disturbed.
Bahama Bay is a NO SMOKING resort - inside or on the lanai - there are designated smoking areas, away from the buildings, clearly signed.
Baby Pack and Play (cot – bring your own bedding- high chair and changing mat) may be available for a small charge. (MUST check at time of booking)

The AC is WiFi scheduled, with a minimum of 74 for the day, (plenty cold enough when its 80+ outside, we schedule it cooler for the night to help with restful sleep)
Living area
As you walk through the front door you can see the open plan living space, with a dining area next to the kitchen, you will be amazed by the layout and décor of this beautiful home. The living area has a 58 Inch HD LED TV connected to Spectrum cable providing over 100 channels of entertainment. but also with Roku and Netflix capability (no log in provided for Netflix) If this is not enough, there is a DVD player.
Of course you will need somewhere comfortable to sit – we have two bright settees each seating three people. (One of these being a fold-out bed.)
Dining area
In the dining area of the villa there is a glass topped dining table seating 6, having independent lighting, with enough plates etc to ensure that dining is a wonderful experience.
Kitchen
The kitchen is open plan and spacious and is filled with every mod-con you could wish for. The large American fridge/freezer has a built-in ice maker and a water filter for water based drinks that taste even better than bottled water. The cooker has a large oven and an electric hob. There is a large built in microwave above it. In the unlikely event that you really want to go to town with your cooking along with the normal kitchen utensils and appliances, you will find :

No-one likes to wash up on holiday so for your convenience there is a waste disposal unit and an efficient dishwasher. (Please don't put coffee grounds or tea Bags down the disposal unit)
Utility room
A door off the entrance hall leads into the utility room which houses a large top loader washing machine, tumble drier, washing basket, ironing board, iron and clothes airer. There are a vacuum cleaners, a mop and a sweeping brush and dust pan, for your convenience.
Master suite
What makes this villa truly unique is beautiful décor throughout. The master suite has an imposing king sized bed with White painted headboard, and matching dresser, there are 2 nightstands with lamps for bedtime reading.(these lamps have USB sockets for that important charging!) The oversized en-suite, newly updated his and hers sinks with vanity lighting, a bath and a separate large shower.
You do have the option of a small outside place off the bedroom, with a chair - Space for 1 person. (No Smoking)

Outside
You don’t come to Florida without wanting to spend time outdoors and this apartment is ideal for that. The patio doors open up letting the outside area become part of this lovely house. This patio is larger than many of the other 2 bedroom apartments on the complex, with 6 chairs and a full sizes dining table allowing six people to sit around it. We have also supplied a 2 seat bench for informal seating.
The complex has 4 heated pools with plenty of sun loungers, tables with sun shades and chairs. Two of the 4 pools have bars and eateries, and all 4 have toilet facilities. There are hot tubs too which you can relax in and a pool which is big enough to play in and swim in.

Local Amenities:
A five-minute drive can get you to all of the amenities of the main US192 (Irlo Bronson Highway) Walmart, and many more retail outlets/restaurants. Other dining / shopping options are available along US27 just a few minutes away, including a Kmart, and several gas filling stations.
The Champions Gate shopping complex is ten minutes away with Publix Supermarket, Subway, McDonald’s, Walgreens Pharmacy, UPS store, gas station.
