When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 48 hours before the check-in date. Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 90ºF. Be aware that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.) \*- HOUSE RULES : Parties and pets are not allowed on this property! Penalties for violated our policy may apply. \*- PARKING : Each home is limited to 5 guest passes only, for parking,The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars. They will be left on the doorstep. • If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. \*-FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. \*-HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. \*-GARBAGE: Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door.
