Excellent choice for our spring break trip!
We are a family of four with kids ages 9 and 12. I searched rather endlessly for the perfect place to stay during our spring break week. I had hesitations about the Story Lake neighborhood based on reviews of other properties but none of them were an issue. Our unit was quiet (except for some street noise), we barely saw any neighbors and it. was. so. clean. We walked into what felt like a brand new unit. It was well stocked with kitchen essentials (dishes, glasses, etc) and they start you off with dish soap, one dishwasher tab and a spare trash bag. Bathrooms have a small bar of soap and small shower amenities. They even supply beach/pool towels. The location of the unit is within walking distance to the smaller community pool where we spent most of our time. As it was spring break, the water park was extremely crowded and my kids preferred the quiet of the smaller pool. It was also very clean with plenty of chairs, tables and umbrellas. Communication with the owner was extremely prompt and friendly. They set you up with a main gate code and a door code so that you don’t have to check in with anyone once you arrive. That was extremely appreciated. The location of Storey Lake is central to all of the Orlando attractions and you have endless food and shopping options within a few minute’s drive. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for providing a wonderful destination for our family!

Very nice condo to stay in. Lots of space and all the necessary house items are present. Communication with owner went very well, response is great. 1 point for improvement is to have the cleaning done more thoroughly, especially the floor. Although it was just doable. Matrasses are a bit to soft for my likings, could be replaced. All in all I would stay again here.
