Girls/Cousins trip 2025 was great!! The home was beautiful and spacious and accommodated all 6 of us. The pool and patio area was really nice. There were a few hiccups but they were taken care of pretty quickly. We would definitely stay again!!!!

Great Weekend

We had a fantastic weekend at this property. The house was super clean and all as pictured. Plenty of room for 12 adults. Loved the pool tale and pingpong! Management company was super responsive when we had a question and even called us the next day to check on us. Would highly recommend and would come back.

Very sizeable modern house. Our booking coincided with labour day weekend so neighbouring houses were full and noisy but not the houses fault. House is obviously popular and could do with some maintenance but overall very happy

Cold Pool

House was great! Basic supplies such as trash bags and toilet paper , paper towel were lacking for 9 people for a week stay. I chose this house because of the hot tub which wasn't a hot tub and an inground pool which I requested heat and then told that is not a possiblility. The water was freezing . Our family loves to swim and was very disappointed that we didn't get to use the pool daily as we planned. The house and the number of bathrooms and bedrooms were great. Loved the code to enter the home and the daily pick up of trash. House was clean with lots of space.

It was a good stay. With a home this size. There was no wash cloths, only 2 towels per bathroom. If the house sleeps 12. I think that you should supply equal amount of towels to suit the number of people in the house. I couple of stains in the carpet. But overall a good stay.

Filthy house

The house is filthy, needs deep cleaning, AC is not working properly on the first floor mostly stays at 79 degrees, all the bedsheets was with stains,visibly used and Not washed, on the first floor 2 TVs and both not working, we stayed for 2 weeks and only thing was fixed is outside pool light. Whoever be staying in this house just get ready to see alot of dirty surprises.

Golf Trip, House is very typical of all the houses in this area. We picked on location and it had all full size beds. House needs love… very very obvious it’s a weekly rental. Needs carpet, paint, general attention. pool was clean but a foot low on water. No hand towels face clothes and the bath towels were very cheap quality. Wasn’t a horrible stay, spacious and good location. Needs someone to pay attention to it and charge a smidge more for quality.

Okay for our daughters college softball

The rooms were good for the five families staying. We did wash all of the linens before sleeping. We tried to contact the hosts several times about a package and concerns about the hot tub jets that didn’t work for our group. Every thing else was fine except for the palmetto bugs which scared the crap out of me! I would have liked a conversation when I reached out…but everything went to voicemail that wasn’t set up. Just a conversation would have made a difference.

There’s certainly lots of potential here. Sadly the house has not been kept up with. It was very dirty when we arrived, food and other items on the floor. Back sliding door lock didn’t not latch properly. There was hair all over the shower in upstairs master. We had to wash sheets in 2 of the bedrooms before we could sleep the first night. Furniture is all torn up. Property managers not very helpful. Also for some reason this property is on a no access list for Oasis club.

Reviewer Comments: It wasn't a great start when we arrived the code given would not work,after contacting Gisele we were given several different codes before we got 1 that worked. When inside we were very disappointed, the villa needs completely refurbishing, paintwork is dirty mattresses are old and very uncomfortable,seats in living area are peeling and torn to be honest I washed the bedding as it didn't seem clean some of the curtains have staines on them and so do some of the mattresses.the pool wasn't clean when we arrived neither was the area around the pool, had to clean the plasters and hairbands away and then 5 days before we left the pool and spa pump/filtration packed up,and wasn't fixed before we left,overall this could be a nice villa but needs lots of work done on it.we won't be using this company again very dissapointed
