Being on-site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. When the cleaning is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team’s work. Then we inspect and stage the property personally. Drawback - patio sliding door lock was broken upon arrival so we had to leave all our belongings in an unlocked condo. It is on the 3rd floor though so really don't see anyone scaling the wall to enter an unlocked condo. Maybe it has been repaired by now. Would be nice to have a small Lockable safe for cash or valuables that you don't want to wear to the pool. Plenty of parking is avaliable - never an issue with parking. Not too far from the parks but it was nice to leave and get away from the crowds once we left. The condo was very spacious and we had lots of room to unwind. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by as well. Overall the place was clean but it could use a deep clean to get some stuff that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. ##### Jennifer R. I had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! The house was not only stunning but also well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable—just about 15 minutes to the Disney parks and 20 minutes to Universal, which made our park days super convenient. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was seamless thanks to the thorough instructions and information provided. The space was very clean, check in was just as explained by the host, and the place had everything we needed.
