Enjoy the property’s amenities, including a complimentary heated pool and hot tub, washing machine, air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The property also boasts a five and a half bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. Enjoy the resort's massive club house with a full bar/cafe, pool with water slide, spa, lazy river, gym, playground and tennis court. This beautifully renovated home also boasts an awesome backyard complete with a full-size BBQ grill and much more. Experience our dream vacation of a lifetime! Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Note: During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home except for garage and owner storage closet and housekeeping access which are locked. You will have access to community amenities for a resort one time fee per stay. Solterra Resort does charge a one time Amenity Access Fee of $35 for parties of 1 - 13 people and $48 for parties of 13 or more. This one time fee is charged per house per reservation and allows you access to all the Resort Amenities for the duration of your stay. Payments must be made in person at the clubhouse office.
