New flooring …No more carpet - Now a high grade vinyl plank flooring. This condo has its own garage and drive way for your vehicles. we have adjusted our cancellation policy to be the most flexible for our guests that the site offers - RELAXED - If you cancel 14 days prior to arrival you get 100% refund. If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival you get 50% refund - we continue to offer this policy. Our condo offers our guests private space in comparison to hotels, to relax and fully enjoy - with no contact with other groups - plus the homes is spacious, fully equipped, for all group members to relax, enjoy family time, or perhaps are “working from home” and can utilize the high speed wifi. The wrap around outside balcony is just perfect to enjoy thru the day. The condo can be accessed by a stairway or the elevator ( I have yet to meet anyone when I take the stairs, or an elevator - its a quite condo area and a small number of units in the building) Grocery stores continue to be open in our area, and provide deliveries or curbside pick up as do restaurants, and all essential services continue to be provided. The terraces pool area is very quiet, it seems never more than 3 or 4 people in the pool AND ITS OLYMPIC SIZE. The deck is hardly used, but clean and maintained, you may catch a resident reading and relaxing at the end of the day. Thee are loungers -tables and chairs, sun umbrellas on the deck, or use the covered Gazebo for shade. We hope you feel comfortable in using our space to relax and get much needed vacation time. There are several elevators in the building. \* It's a corner unit, so you get 3 x the balcony space. We have furnished this balcony area with 2 sun loungers - bar table with 6 cushioned bar stools- plus a conversational seating area - guests can relax at the end of a day from being at the parks, unwind and share their day. \* You also have access to the Terraces lap pool, whirlpool spa - paved pool deck with loungers and tables/umbrellas etc plus a picnic area with grills and restrooms We also offer help with a reputable local discount ticket company with a price match guarantee - ( not timeshare) let Michelle know if interested. \*'The condo has been furnished to a high standard, working with a designer. Fans in all bedrooms, living area and two out on the balcony. \*'Upgraded granite counter tops, 42 inch kitchen cabinetry, stainless steel appliances - plus those little extras like electric kettle, blender, drip coffee maker and Kureig \* The spacious and open planned living area has a wall mounted 60" Cable TV and separate DVD player. The internet is password protected for guests, high speed and wifi accessible thru out the condo. The master en-suite bedroom has a luxury king bed with pillow top mattress, a 40” smart cable TV - large walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top mattress, a 40 " smart cable TV. The third bedroom has TWO FULL BEDS - this we found ideal instead of a sofa bed or rollaway - 8 guests can comfortably sleep in the condo, in bedrooms. This room has a 40" smart flat screen cable tv. The kitchen has additional seating at the breakfast bar of 4 bar stools, plus an eating area in the bay window with bench seat and 2 chairs. Dining area has a table with 6 chairs - the two kitchen chairs can also be pulled up to the dining area to seat 8 guests. FREE WASHER DRYER - just off the living area. Excellent communication with Michelle as before . Condo is large , overlooking the golf course and has a large wrap around balcony with sun all day . Pool is heated and very close to the Condo . The pool was great, the porch and view of the golf course was a nice addition to the clean, spacious and comfortable condo. We enjoyed daily walks in the gated resort neighborhoods. Publix was a short distance and Disney was about 20 minutes drive. Communication with the host as very good. Definitely would recommend. ##### Carol S. It was the perfect home away from home. Check in was very easy and any communication with Michelle was dealt with promptly. The pictures listed accurately show the condo and patio area. We enjoyed sitting on patio every morning with our breakfast and also in the evening with a glass of wine/beer but would have preferred a regular table/chairs instead of the pub style table/stools. This is just a personal preference as regular table/chairs are more comfortable for shorter people :) We highly recommend this place. ##### Mary I. I think there could have been more toiletries but we just went to walmart for our own. The property was a little dated in some places such as the mold in the primary bathroom shower. This was our Seventh time to Orlando and will be our go-to condo when we return. It was clean, had all the stuff you need and was well positioned for visiting all the attractions (Disney is about 15 minute drive). Michelle was an excellent host, attentive and easily contactable. Beautiful view off balcony although we didn’t use much due to the heat. The amenities are very nice. 1 pool in walking distance. Only minor complaints were distance from entrance to unit and previous renters left garbage in wrong can in garage and it stunk.
