Champions Gate has two clubhouses: \- The Retreat Club: 9035 Leopard Creek Dr, Davenport, FL 33896 (Closed Mondays and Tuesdays) \- The Oasis Club: 1520 Oasis Club, Champions Gate Blvd, Champions Gate, FL 33896 (closest clubhouse to the house) • Less than a 20-minute ride from Disney World Resort, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios (Travel times may vary due to traffic) • Location: Belle Terre, Davenport, FL, 33896, US • Parking: The driveway has space for 4 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Additional guest parking is available near the house on a first-come, first-served basis. ATTENTION: This house has no hot tub; the jets and jacuzzi area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. The cleaning staff didn't a good job as there were dirty underwear under one of the bathroom sinks, trash in the couch cushions, and hny decorations.
