Offering themed bedrooms for the kids and hot tub for the adults plus access to all of the premium resort amenities, the home is sure to be a highlight of your vacation. The central living room is a spacious double-height area with comfortable sofa seating and large screen TV for relaxing together. Cable TV and high speed internet are included. There is a second living area upstairs, offering plenty of space to spread out. The modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters is fully equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast bar as well as dining table that seats 8\. Or why not dine outdoors? The private pool deck faces west enjoying sunshine throughout the afternoon, plus view to conservation land. Splash around in your own pool or sink into the bubbling spa. There are loungers for soaking up the sun, or a covered shaded area with table and chairs. Also upstairs are two themed rooms that the children will love – Mickey Mouse with a queen and bunk beds, then Harry Potter with two full beds. Every bedroom has its own television, ceiling fan, plus access to its own bathroom. The gated community of Paradise Palms is a luxurious resort with a large variety of high-class amenities exciting for those of all ages. We have come to find there are never enough towels and you're constantly doing laundry; as well as you have to stock the kitchen and house with your own paper products. Not a big deal but typical. The TV's/Wifi took a bit to figure out and a couple that didn't work overall. There is no hand railing to get in and out of the pool so my mom could not use either the pool or the Hot tub as it is difficult for her to get in and out. One of the lamps in the master bedroom on the second floor did not work correctly. It was nice to be able to adjust the temperature to our convince of 72 degrees. The furniture was comfortable, beds were comfortable and clean. We did come at the end of season so I know the house was used this season as the handrail and the corners of the walls were sticky and grey going up the stairwell. There PM was quick to come and change the batteries in the fire extinguisher, very polite and helpful.I think the most disappointing was that I thought the house was near the pool house. It is NOT. To get to the pool house you can walk through the woods or you can get in the car and drive around the block approximately 1 mile and then use the pool, game room etc. Then the ONE day that we go over to the pool house, they were refurbishing the pool and it was closed for the day. We did not get any communication from the property management team. It was frustrating bc this was my husband's one day to be there. ##### Jessie C.
