We had a wonderful stay and the property had plenty of room for our group — it was comfortable, spacious, and a great fit for our trip. Lisbeth was fantastic to work with and incredibly responsive, answering any questions or concerns quickly, even during a holiday. When we arrived, we noticed some dog hair on a comforter in one of the bedrooms, but we were able to wash it right away. The pool heater also took some time to reach temperature at the beginning of our stay; however, Lisbeth addressed the issue promptly, had it fixed while we were there, and provided a partial refund, which we really appreciated. A few of the games in the game room either didn’t work at all or weren’t working properly. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would absolutely stay here again — we highly recommend this rental!

Renters beware!! Pictures must be from years ago. The house is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and fixing. Everything is either dirty or broken. The games shown are broken. They mention pool heat but never mention that it’s linked with the “hot tub”, not sure why anyone wants a cold hot tub. Even after paying 250 for heat it would randomly not work, so we only got to use it the last day of our trip. Totally not worth it. Super annoying constant buzzing sound in kitchen. They send people to your house with no notice. No starter coffee or supplies. Sheets and towels are stained. “Theater room” is worthless cause they pin locked their Roku remote. Trying to get help from the property manager was basically worthless. Hugely disappointed with this house, wish I had picked something else.
