Fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was captivated by the elegant ambiance and warm atmosphere. The staff truly sets it apart from the rest. From the front desk to the housekeeping, everyone displayed a level of professionalism and friendliness that exceeded my expectations. The staff is super friemdly. I was able to modify my reservation and still keep the same nightly rate. The room and the hotel was very clean. The only minor hiccup was they did not have the sleeper sofa ready for us but they quickly provided the necessary linens.

It was an excellent stay, the place was clean, the beds and pillows were first class to achieve a good rest and no noise in the corridors, a varied breakfast, very friendly staff. Danny Vera answered our questions and made us some recommendations on restaurants in the area, there is a boulevards you can walk and eat in any of the places I recommend it if you want to spend a few days relaxing. we will return in the future

Hotel was very clean and location was conveniently located to many locations. My business was with Lake Nona Veterans Medical facility which was an easy walk if you preferred.

It's in a neat/clean/new commercial park - seems geared toward traveling medical? Nice, clean, neat. Parking garage across the street with free car charging stations. The mattress could stand replacement (felt like I was in a rut left by a man twice my size, lol)

No garbage containers available at each floor. Guests must take elevator to main floor to get rid of their garbage. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. My room was cleaned only one time in three days. Had to go to main floor to ask for towels.

The staff here are excellent, friendly, courteous and very helpful. The food at breakfast was good. The bed was a bit hard and the waffle maker only came out on weekends. Overall a good experience.

Wonderful place to stay! Staff was very courteous and the facility was very clean. It had everything to make us comfortable. It looks like the area is in the process of being developed. It is great already but with some shopping and other fun things to do it will be fantastic! Can’t wait to see how the area changes over the next year.
