They thought of everything, even babies (high chair and travel cot for example). There is also a lot of storage.- The collective parking space is very close, right in front of the house, which is equivalent to private parking in a detached house.- The house is large. There were 5 of us and we did not use all the bedrooms. The 2 bathrooms are very practical.- The front door unlocks with a code, which is modern and practical (no need to carry keys around or risk losing them), especially with children who can quickly slam the door and forget the keys inside. However, I hope that the code is renewed for each new tenant, otherwise it could be a security problem, because the additional key for the top deadbolt did not work (it did not fit in the lock, so we never used the second lock). - The reversible ventilation system is efficient (cools or heats very quickly, depending on the temperature). There is a damp and musty smell but I think it's normal for Floridian people, it's the same smell in hotels so I think it comes from the ventilation system.- The house is well located (near shops by car) and far enough from the main roads not to be bothered by the noise of cars.- In terms of improvement, please repair some blinds, living room and kitchen in particular.
