The tropical mementos can be found throughout the house. You'll have access to palm-lined resort-style pools making it the ideal vacation home! Townhouse sleeps up to 8 guest , First Floor - features large Living room w/ 55” smart screen TV, dining area with access to the back yard and lanai. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, 1/2 bath, patio, Suite w/ king bed, 32” smart screen TV, dresser, 2 nightstands & full bathroom. Second Floor - features a 2nd Suite w/ king bed, 32” smart screen TV, dedicated workspace,2 dressers, 2 nightstands, walk in closet, full bathroom with a large soak tub and a private balcony perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine or unwind for the day. 3rd bedroom queen bed, 32” smart screen TV, dresser, 2 nightstands, 4th bedroom 2 twin beds, 32” smart screen TV, dresser, nightstand. (NOT PER PERSON). This fee is payable directly to the resort at check-in. Once you pay the resort fee you will receive a parking permit, access bands, pool cards for towels (if needed). Photo ID may be required to enter the community. Each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold that is to be placed on a credit card at the time of check in. This is to secure the return of the wristbands and the pool towel cards. At the time of check out the $100 hold will have returned to the credit card on file once all items have been returned to the front desk. It may take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement for credit cards or 5 to 10 business days for debit.
