Quiet Oasis in Lovely Neighborhood

We are 10 minutes south of downtown Orlando in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. ORMC, Arnold Palmer, and Winnie Palmer Hospitals are just 2.6 miles away, or 10 minutes by vehicle. Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes away, and we are within a few minutes of all major transportation arteries. Universal and the Convention Center are about 20 minutes away and Disney is about 30 minutes.

The space: A Mother-in-Law Suite with a private entrance to a large non-smoking bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom overlooking the pool and hot tub. The room is large enough to accommodate an air mattress for children. Pool, hot tub, & laundry facilities available. Well behaved pets under 25 pounds are welcome with a daily $10.00 pet fee per animal and no more than two pets. Smoking of any kind inside is prohibited, but allowed within the screened pool area; cigars please outside.

Guest access: Private entrance direct to the mother-in law suite by access code to electronic lock, separated from main living area by a laundry room which you may use if desired. Contact Bunker at (407) 883-5399 for your code.

We stayed 2 nights and it couldn't have been more perfect. Bunker is an amazing host. I was ill the day we were to check out. I texted and asked if we could check out an hour or two late. Not only did he allow us 2 hours he asked if there was anything he could do to help me. I hope to stay here again.

Great for long-term stay

Booked this property for a six-week stay as part of a Florida snow bird trip. Was perfect for what I needed as a digital nomad just trying to escape the cold and visit Universal on the weekends. Space was clean and hosts were friendly and communicative. Very safe neighborhood - no concerns as a solo female traveler.I had my car with me so food was not an issue with the limited appliances but if you won’t have a car and will be spending a lot of time at the property it is something to consider.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hospitality was top-notch, and the property was impeccably clean. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub. The neighborhood was excellent—quiet, safe, and conveniently located. Everything we wanted to do was within a 20-minute drive, making it the perfect base for our trip.
