    Amazing house and hosts

    We just went with four adults and six kids. The house was the perfect amount of room. We really enjoyed everything the house had to offer. Every cooking option possible, large grill and tons of pool towels. Kids loved the pool and movie theater the best. The resort amenities were also amazing! They had very friendly bartenders and good food. Kids even did the flow rider and loved it.

    The best time!

    Our stay in this home was nothing short of amazing! We had a family of 10 with 2 kids ages 6 &4. The house is so spacious we didn’t even use 2 of the bedrooms! The movie room was a huge hit for us as we had family “movie night” a few times and coming back from the parks getting into the spa and the pool was awesome. Jason was so attentive and we literally needed NOTHING as the house had everything. I did decide to turn the heat on in the pool/spa and Jason was over in less than 2 minutes to do that for us. We will definitely be reserving time in this home again!

    Really nice house

    We had a nice time. Tons of room to all have space and to gather together when needed. The kitchen was very stocked, a nice bonus when we cooked our meals. Owner was very helpful and wonderful. Communication was top notch. Thanks again!!!

    Everything was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with what we needed, the rooms were great and spacious, and the host was so communicative, and responsive. We were close to dianey as well. Everything you need is just a close drive a way.

    Family friendly home

    This hose was family friendly, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Our host very helpful, he answer all my questions promptly and even left some snacks for our stay. Our kids had fun at the resort and we also got to use the gym. Overall we had a great time!

    Wonderful place to stay, owner left a gift basket for us! The one issue we had, owner was over in minutes to fix. ( the issue was I forgot to tell I wanted the pool heated) will definitely stay again!!!

    Excellent property! Exactly as described in description! Super clean! Check in and out easy and pain free,many extras included that other places in area do not offer. Jason was an excellent host and made sure everything was up to our standards upon arrival as well as through the duration of our stay.Will definitely book again in the future.     Everything you need!

    The house was clean and so well equipped! Everything you would need from paper towels to laundry detergent and garbage bags is there so no need to bring everything with you or make 100 target stops to pickup the items you inevitably forget! We paid for the pool heating and it worked great! We rented in the middle of December and my 7 year old was perfectly comfortable in the pool. Jason was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well! I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

    Nice place to Stay

    This property is a wonderful place to stay. Check-In was simple. We didn’t have to worry about keeping up with a key or key card. The home was clean upon arrival. Jason, the host, was very communicative. We addressed any concerns or questions that I had. My only suggestion would be to add ceiling fans to the upstairs bedrooms. Florid is hot in the summer and some of the bedrooms upstairs don’t have the best air circulation. I was a little shocked by the upkeep of the community. I was not impressed by the landscaping. The grass was very high for most of our stay. The landscapers came toward the end of the week and did a terrible job. This is not controlled by the owners, so I don’t put that blame on them. Overall this a great property for a family stay. I would recommend this property to anyone.

    This property was so nice! The host was super nice and answered all my questions and we were so well taken care of. The house was huge and had everything we needed! The neighborhood is so nice and the community center amenities were so fun! The house is decorated so fun! We enjoyed watching movies in the movie theater in our down time and there were plenty of beds for everyone and room to spread out. We will def stay again when we come back to Orlando! Thanks for the memories!

    Fun and clean

    Super fun house. Really made our stay amazing with a nice pool and hottub. The kitchen was clean and large and had everything you would need. Jason was a great and responsive host. We will be back for sure. We stay out here a bit and this house has been one of the best!

    Highly recommend for vacationing families!

    Absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful house with plenty of room for our family of six. The decorative rooms were so fun for my Marvel and Star Wars loving boys. And the princess carriage was my daughters favorite or was it the Harry Potter room? All the themed rooms were such fun. As a parent, I absolutely loved coming home from the theme parks, which was a short drive, and have plenty of things to do. Relax in the hot tub while the kids swim in the enclosed pool or relax in the comfy theater chairs and watch a movie. On our extra “chill” day from the Disneyworld we ventured to the clubhouse and enjoyed the waterpark there. Can’t wait to visit again, next time we’ll bring friends to utilize all the space. We’ll definitely visit Jason’s again!
