Tucked away in a serene Orlando neighborhood, this comfortable studio offers a warm, open space perfect for both short‑term stays and long‑term rentals. The efficient all‑in‑one layout, gentle finishes, and ambient lighting create a truly peaceful atmosphere. Ideal for quick getaways or extended visits, with easy access to shops, dining, and Orlando’s top attractions.

\* The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.  
  
\* You are welcome to bring up to two pets. A pet fee of $30 per night, per pet, will be applied after the reservation is confirmed, as well as a refundable security deposit of $100. This fee will be requested through the resolution center and must be paid to receive check-in information (Only dogs, no cats).  
\- Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!  
  
\- Guests are required to carefully review the full listing details before booking. Failure to read all disclosures or comply with house rules does not qualify you for a refund.  
  
\- If the guest chooses to cancel, our standard cancellation policy will apply.  
  
\- The primary guest listed on the reservation must provide a photo of their ID via messenger once the booking is confirmed.  
  
\- All trash must be placed inside the dumpsters provided outside of the building. Leaving trash outside of the bins will result in a $100 fine.  
  
\- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home. A fee starting at $500 will be applied if there is any smell or sign of smoking inside the home.  
  
\- Early Check in and Late Checkout is available upon request (Depending on availability, not guaranteed) for an additional fee of $50. Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance. Any late checkout requested less than 24 hours before will be denied. As for early check in, we’ll only be able to confirm early check-in on the same day, as it depends on when the cleaner finishes.  
  
\- Checkout is by 10am. Any late checkout without permission will be charged a $100 fee. Please respect our checkout time as our cleaners need the time to prepare our home for the next guests.  
  
\- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The person making the reservation will be required to submit a photo of their ID through messages after the reservation is confirmed. If a reservation is made by someone under the age of 21 a deposit will be required.  
  
\- Please wipe your shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!  
  
\- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.  
  
\- No parties or events.  
  
\- No fireworks of any kind.  
  
\- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle.  
  
\- Please, no food or drinks on the bed.  
  
\- Decorative items are not for use. Removal or Destruction of any items in the home will be subject to a fine.  
  
\- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.  
  
\- We do not accept any reservation changes within 30 days of the check-in date, except for extensions. We will not approve requests to shorten your stay or adjust the dates to a later period. If you\`re unable to make your reserved dates, please cancel your reservation at your earliest convenience.  
  
\*\*We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
