Located near a variety of restaurants and shopping centers. · 20-minute ride from Disney World Resort, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios (Travel times may vary due to traffic) · Location: 3705 Pacific Lane, Davenport, FL, 33897, US. · Parking: Parking available in designated areas in front of the house. Important Note: Per resort regulations, this home accommodates up to 4 registered vehicles. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be in designated areas only. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the condo. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items. Rules and guidelines: POOL – We clean the pool weekly with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be happy to send a specialist. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made.
