Large four bedroom vacation home located in Calabay Parc with three full baths, full game room and private pool with covered lanai area at pool.
Master bedroom has large king bed with private bathroom, garden tub and separate shower.
Second Master bedroom has large queen bed with private bathroom, large shower.
Third room has two twin beds, and fourth room has full bed with twin bunk bed , these rooms share a full bathroom with tub and shower combined.
Large open living room, with large flat screen tv.
All rooms have smart tvs.
Large game room with billiard table, fuse ball game, basketball game.
Pool area has privacy fence behind it, and covered lanai area to sit up to 8 easy to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner by pool day or night, rain or shine!
Kitchen has been upgraded with all stainless steel appliances , sitting area for 8 to enjoy eating together.
Located in Calabay Parc, only 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, 50 minutes to Cocoa Beach.
Home comes fully stocked with towels, linen, dishes, hair dryers, iron, washing machine and dryer.

Orlando Family Vacation

Our extended family with 1 teen, 2 younger children (age 5 & 7) and 3 adults stayed at this rental home for one week mid-March 2025. The home is just as pictured/described in the listing. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. It was a 30 minute drive to Disney World parks in the heavy Spring Break traffic. The pool heat worked great and let the kids swim even on a couple cooler days. The garage converted to a game room was a lot of fun! The Publix just down the street was very convenient for grocery shopping. There are many restaurants and stores within a 5 to 15 minute drive right there in Davenport. Our only very minor issue was a spotty internet connection throughout our stay, but that was not a major concern as we were in Orlando to enjoy time at Disney World. Highly recommend and would return!

Good Value

Good value, property management did a great job to fix issues we had while staying at the property. They have towels, but only had about 5 wash rags, so you may want to pack those if staying. I would recommend bringing your own pillows as well. The pool was great, they keep the pool clean. The main master bedroom has a large bathroom area with double vanities tiled shower and large garden tub. The house seems to be updated.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We decided to do a last minute Disney trip, and wanted to stay off property to have more room. The house was nice and spacious. The house is about 30 min from each Disney park, so the distance wasn't really a problem. It was also nice having our own pool to swim in to cool off in the evenings.

Great family getaway

Great location, convenient to groceries, gas stations and other stores. Nice neighborhood for morning and evening walks and felt very safe. Close to Disney and numerous golf courses. Thoroughly enjoyed lounging poolside for the majority of our two week stay.

Family Disney Vacation

Space was perfect for our family of 6 adults + 3 very young children. Glad i arranged for the pool heat, couldn't get the little ones out! Orlando traffic is horrid, need to pack your patience. Did miss not having a BBQ.

Lovely Villa! good location, with all you need. Perfect for families!

All very good, as expected, published and agreed with other tenants comments. This Villa has everything you may need for a brilliant holiday in Orlando. Fully equipped, clean, good garage with entrainment for the family. Both Rebecca and the owner were candid and alert to possible needs and assistance. If I need to share a minimal issue, when we arrived we found the main TV remote (living room) broken on the table. I reported to the Admin. We needed to stand up to turn it on/off along with the volume (the channels and programmes worked with other control). Not a big issue for us... because we were away most of the day. I recommend this property and we will choose it again!

Perfect vacation home

This was the best vacation home we’ve stayed in. Super comfortable and very peaceful. The central air stopped working but was taken care of within hours. Will definitely rent here again if we can ever get back to Florida.

Very clean, well-kept home

The home was well stocked with towels, linens, and kitchen sets. The home was extremely clean, and we could tell it was recently updated. The neighborhood was quiet and kept. Property management was great at communicating before, during, and after the stay. The heated pool made the stay even better. Will definitely keep this property in mind when returning to the Orlando area.

Great home for family vacation

This house is truly what a family needs while vacationing. Location is convenient to local stores and property manager/owner/staff is exceptionally amazing. They are quick to respond. I had to purchase a few extra toiletries/trash bags, and dish washing pods, but I would definitely stay here again. My family truly enjoyed the comforts this home offered. Thank you!

Had a great time here

We loved staying here. It was really nice inside & outside, the pool was so much fun. It’s located close to the Disney parks. My family really enjoyed the place. The only thing we didn’t like was that the cleaning lady rushed us out at @ 9:30 am while we were still packing up. She even asked us if we would start the laundry for her… other than that we had an awesome time staying here.

Family vacation

Everything listed plus more was there everything is updated the home was beautiful. Loved the space neighborhood was great close to alot of the parks felt at home! My kids enjoyed the pool and play room very much. Will be staying again for future vacations.

Perfect Florida Getaway Near Orlando and Lakeland

We came to Florida for MLB Spring Training games that never happened (thanks MLB lockout), but we had an amazing stay regardless! We we traveling with my father who is in a wheelchair and we’re able to navigate seamlessly through this home. We had no major issues and LOVED the pool and patio area and would highly recommend to anyone needing a place near Disney or with quick access to nearby Lakeland. Traffic is a nightmare, but I think that’s just Florida in general. Thank you for hosting us!
