Guests will be charged for any damaged or missing items (including burns, makeup or any general stains). If the property is left in a condition that would require excessive or a significantly longer cleaning, additional costs may apply. Any maintenance requests, including being locked out, clogged toilets, air conditioning freeze up, etc, need to be made between 9am and 5pm. Requests before or after these aforementioned times may result in an additional service fee. \*Please do not leave the air conditioning below 70 degrees as this will freeze up the unit and incur a cost to the guest. We also ask that you do not turn off the air conditioning completely, if the property is chilly, we ask that you please turn up the thermostat. Any pets found at the property there will be a non-refundable fee incurred of $500\. Please note that this property is non smoking. Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated area, including the patio or balcony with all doors and windows closed. Please make sure all windows and doors are closed to avoid a smoking fee of $200\. Items left behind: Please make sure to check all closets and cabinets for any left behind items. We will gladly ship anything back to you that may have been left behind, however there will be a $30 service fee plus packing and shipping fees. Pool/Clubhouse Information: You must follow all rules and regulations for pool use. There is NO lifeguard on duty. Bath towels are NOT to be used at the pool, you will need to bring your own pool towels to the clubhouse as they are not provided by us nor the clubhouse. Any towels that are missing or stained will incur an additional cost of $10 per towel. What to do when you depart: Please place all trash in the brown bench outside the door and in plastic bags. Please return all remotes to their correct devices. Lost remotes will incur charges for replacements. Check the property for all personal items. There will be an additional charge to have any items returned to you plus the cost of shipping. Make sure all lights, televisions, and water faucets have been turned off. Apr 13, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Wonderful place to stay \~10 minutes from Disney! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during Spring Break 2023\. The location was wonderful - only \~10-15 minutes to the Disney Parks with minimal traffic, grocery stores, Starbucks, restaurants, and pharmacies. We are returning here in October due to the location! We had plenty of room for our seven guests. We used many of the amenities daily - kitchen, coffee pot, dishwasher, pool, washer/dryer. My kids loved coming home from the parks and jumping in the pool! Our biggest issue was the pool heat. We paid for heat and it wasn’t properly heating upon our arrival. To their credit, the property owner had it fixed the next day. However, when you attempted to heat the spa/whirlpool, the spa/whirlpool and the pool itself were usually the same temperature. Ultimately, we weren’t able to enjoy a hot whirlpool without having an equally hot pool (which is not that refreshing in April in Florida!). For seven guests, the towels were sparse and we had to frequently do laundry. I recommend purchasing pool towels during your stay. Also, if you’re staying more than a few days (we stayed a week), you will have to purchase additional toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. Overall, we thought it was a very enjoyable place to stay, spread out, and relax on our days off. We can wait to come back! ##### Lindsay S.
