This was the best experience I’ve ever had. I have been renting homes for vacation stays over 10 yrs and when I tell that this host was very quick with communication and she took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this house for ppl with large families it’s very roomy and the pics are very accurate.. it was a beautiful home inside and out and very well kept.. thank you again. Shelly was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. I will say everything we saw in the pictures was exactly what you get. The pool and.tub were great. My grandkids enjoyed the virtual mini golf room,the theater room was very nice and I last thing was we have a 7 year old who we recently found out to be gluten intolerant and so I reached out to Shelly to see if they had a waffle maker in the house and she said yes there is and when we got to the house their was a brand new in the box just for us. Shelly was very easy to work with in fact this was the 6th house we have rented and the best one yet!!

Awesome house!!!

Amazing house with more than expected! It was so comfortable! Beds comfortable! Theatre worked and seats are great! Owner supplied a ps5 for our group which was great!!! Community pool is awesome resort! Chicken tacos were delicious. Great communication from owner!!! Will go back!!

Great House

We enjoyed this house so much. Great spaces for the kids that they had a blast playing in. Theatre room was awesome. Bedrooms for adults all had king beds. The pool was an added bonus. Host was great. We would rent again.

So much fun!

Wonderful house with lots of room for our 14 family members! We enjoyed the pool at the house and the community pool. The Toy Story room and the putt putt room were so much fun - they really went over the top decorating these!

Spectacular property that your kids will fall in love with!

This property is beautiful and clean, has everything you need! The looks on my kids faces was priceless when they walked into the Toy Story room, they didn’t want to leave. The property owner communicated the entire trip to make sure we made it okay, had everything we needed to make our stay fabulous. Will definitely recommend to my friends and we’d definitely come back here to stay.

Everything about this stay was amazing! The house was exactly as the photos show. Clean, large, full of amenities, in a convenient and Beautiful location, FUN and all around perfect! My overall experience was amazing. From the moment I booked the host was open to answering my questions and her responsiveness was timely. She was very helpful. My family was able to check in early and communicate throughout our stay with no issues. The home overall appearance was clean and organized. The home was closely located to everything we needed. Highly Recommend

We booked this house to celebrate my mom's 50th as a family and it did noy disappoint. The house is gorgeous. The kids couldn't get enough of sliding down the slide in the kids room. We all enjoyed the mini golf and interactive floor games. The property is in an ideal location. Close to several theme parks with 2 Publix near it. Shelly responds quickly and even checked in on us throughout they stay. I would book again and highly recommend!

The best home from home ever!

This place is as described and better, the photos do not do it justice. The communication from the host was the best I’ve ever experienced using this app. The house was stocked all the needed necessities.The cinema room was perfect for those days in away from the parks and even though we didn’t use the Children’s themed rooms, any that stay in the future will absolutely love them. Clearly a lot of time and expense has been invested making this property perfect for family’s!Finally the communication from start to finish with the vendors was great, combinations for the door period to arrival with plenty of time, instruction on how to access the gated community and utilise the local amenities were provided well in advance and any questions we had were answered swiftly.Great house, great community, great location, great vendors A*

Disappointed

The house truly needs a cleaning. The baseboards and corners of bathrooms and other rooms have never been cleaned! The carpeting is loose and rippled in all rooms and hallways and is dirty. Hardly enough bath towels, no kitchen towels provided. Does not compare to other VRBO properties that we have rented. The pillows were so soft they were non-existent! No extra blankets in our room. Heat/air was difficult to regulate. It was either hot in the house or freezing.

Beautiful and Clean Home!

We were a family of 18 with 9 kids 1-10. This house was PERFECT! It was spacious enough for each individual family to have privacy and quiet when the babies were sleeping. The rooms were exactly as pictured online. Additional pillows and heavier blankets were available in each bedroom. Shelly was responsive and Andy the property manager was very friendly and checked in on us. The house was VERY clean, beds were comfortable, and each bathroom was stocked with toilet paper and toiletries like a hotel. Shelly also has several portacribs, crib sheets/mattress pads, high chairs, a stroller, and bed rails available that are all in excellent condition. The putt putt room was a hit with every kid. The pool was very warm, even in the cool evenings, and we really enjoyed making s'mores on the patio. Community pool was busy on the weekend but nice during the week. We are already planning our next trip to this house!

This home was absolutely amazing. Shelly was very responsive from the beginning until the end. Pros: Very clean home. This home was extremely clean and fresh. From the front door to the pool. Each room was clean and fresh. Each bathroom was clean and sanitized. The pool area was amazing especially with all the floats the kids could use. I wouldn’t have bought any if I’d known there would be multiple pool toys. Master Suite was amazing. My mother took it from me :) I planned to sleep there but once she seen it and decided that would be her room I didn’t oblige. It was cool to have the adults on lower level and all the kids upstairs. The community was amazing everything was amazing. My favorite area was the theatre room the chairs were super comfy it’s kind of hard to stay woke in there. The game room was amazing loved the space vibes the kids loved the projector game on the floor and the Mini golf. This house has outdone itself. Can’t wait to visit again. You won’t be disappointed

Roomy home, excellent community pool.

First of all, Shelly is very accessable and friendly just as all the other reviews say. We had a memorable week with plenty of room to spread out our 5 families with 18 people of all ages. The oasis club was more than we expected and a nice surprise. The 2 pools, splash pad and lazy river were water park quality just on a slightly smaller scale. The Publix is basically right outside the neighborhood, which was very practical. Give yourself extra time to get to Disney and Universal, traffic is terrible.

I've rented properties for the last 6-7 years and for the most part the family have really enjoyed our stays, but this was something different, the service that we received from the host Ms Glasper was unmatched. The home itself was everything it was advertised to be. Thanks Ms Shelly for all you do! We will be back!
