Summary:  
Step into luxury. This 5BR/5BA luxurious home is well appointed and features an open concept floor plan perfect for hosting vacation gatherings with friends and family. You'll make your dream vacation a reality with outstanding amenties offered in ChampionsGate resort, near Walt Disney World. As you walk the home, you see the house is new and professionally decorated with a private pool and Jacuzzi! The house has everything you need for a comforatble stay and a fantastic vacation. Offering all the equipment including a fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels and so much more. There is also a lovely play area for little ones of the family. Free wifi/TV channel/water park access.  
  
The Space:  
You have access to the entire two story home featuring a private screened in deck with heated pool and Jacuzzi. The home is immaculate featuring tile floors, new carpets with modern styling. The space is bright with high ceilings and open balcony. The open floor plan is fantastic for entertaining and hanging with family and friends in the kitchen, living room or sitting poolside within the screened in patio.  
  
Guest Access:  
As a guest of Champions Gate Resort, you'll have complimentary access to a resort-style pool (lazy river, waterslide) plus an amenities center with gym & gaming room.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
This house is located in the large high-end resort community (Champions Gate) with all the amazing amenities in the community club.  
  
Getting Around:  
Uber and taxi’s are available in the area. However, most guests find it convenient to rent a car at the airport. Your Dream Vacation home is only 15miles to Disney Magic Kingdom, 13miles to the Animal Kingdom and you only an approximate 3-mile drive to stores and restaurants.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Optional pool and spa heat is available for an extra $45/day; if you request pool heat, it is added to the whole reservation. If pool heat is requested after check in, an additional call out fee of $35 will be charged to send someone over to turn on the heater. The pool takes between 8 - 15 hours to warm (pool temperature is set to 87 degrees). Just let us know what value added services you would like and we can add those. Value added services are subject to state and local taxes.
