There is plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The TV can be viewed from either the outdoor living room area or the eating area as it can be angled in either direction. The 4 sun loungers will beckon you to bask in the Florida sunshine and unwind amidst the beautiful surroundings of Solterra Resort. The pool and lanai are south west facing so you can enjoy afternoon sun by the pool, and the incredible sunsets. FIRST FLOOR The first floor features a living room and dining room that comfortably seats 8 guests, with additional seating in the kitchen. The adjacent room has a fully equipped kitchen, with an island, a kitchen table, and access to the patio doors leading out to the Lanai. The kitchen area is open to the living room with an 80" smart TV. The vaulted ceilings with plenty of windows allow you to enjoy natural light throughout the day and evening. There is also a spacious Master bedroom on the first floor with a king-size bed, 55" smart TV and a walk-in closet with a safe in it. The master bathroom features a soaker tub, shower, and a private toilet. Adjacent to the laundry room, you'll find a convenient half bathroom. SECOND FLOOR Upstairs, the second floor boasts a second master bedroom with a king-size bed, 55" smart TV, a walk in closet and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. Devon was so responsive, even when we hadn't committed to the property yet. We asked several questions and asked for images, and Devon was quick to answer our questions and requests. I felt like Devon was a best friend of mine and it was easy to communicate with her. The house was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, welcoming, and met our expectations. We truly enjoyed the back patio with the lovely patio furniture. The pool and spa worked well. The kitchen was stocked appropriately and we didn't need to purchase or bring additional cookware for what we prepared. The bedrooms were great and the beds were comfortable. We were grateful to have a fan in the primary bedroom on the main level, but most of the rooms upstairs didn't have a fan. I bring this up because the thermostat must have been on schedule because it would increase to 75 degrees at night and sometime in day (when we were out of the house) after we set it to 72, and those in the bedrooms without fans, were hot and uncomfortable. So, we had to monitor the thermostat regularly through different times of the day/night to ensure the house stayed cooled at 72 degrees. This isn't necessarily a con; the weather was in the 80s during our stay. Again, not a negative aspect of our stay, but FYSA.
