All household trash must be securely placed inside a trash bag in the designated container/trash bench before 7 AM. Trash collection occurs daily at 7 AM, except on major holidays. Avoid placing trash bags or bulk items on the curb. Loose trash in the trash bench will not be serviced that day. Request bulk item services in advance with the Amenity Service for scheduled pick-up; fees may apply. Jay was so responsive and super patient with all the little things that inevitability go wrong. We had two super little kids with us and the house was perfect for them and the adults. As a family of 8, we rented this villa to attend a family wedding in Disney. The check in process was horrendous - the owner had not informed anyone we were staying at this villa, and so upon arrival security refused us entry to the estate. Unfortunately having no data in the USA, we had to drive to a local McDonalds to use their phone for me to contact the owner - to which there was no answer. I then connected to wifi and messaged through VRBO, and didn’t receive a response..meaning we had nowhere to go for several hours, after a 9 hour flight. I called VRBO costing me over £100 in charges for calls - they appeared helpful and told me they would sort us a new villa and call me back within 5-10 minutes. They did not call me at all, and infact only contacted me by email 8 days later asking was the issue resolved. The owner did eventually get back to me that evening and explained he had put our names on the wrong property and would rectify immediately. ##### Melissa W. It was the perfect vacation rental! The house was clean, updated, close to everything, park, soccer, basketball, and the pool and hot tub was a major hit! Jay, the host was amazing! I rent 3-5 Vrbo a year and he is by far the most easy going and nicest host I have dealt with! He gave great directions, was on top of things, and even wished my 8 year old a Happy Birthday! I would recommend this vacation home to families looking to travel to Orlando or near as it is close to Disney, Universal and other attractions. Jay was a responsive host and was easy to reach for general inquiries we had during our stay. The home is perfect for large groups and was incredibly clean and maintained well.
