At a full 1300 square feet, you will enjoy 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a convenient half bathroom downstairs. There are both shower and tub options available. The home is furnished with king-size and queen-size memory foam beds with an optional air bed downstairs. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV to enjoy Netflix and chill. The unit also includes a brand new brand-new washer/dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the open concept design of the dining and living room with a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet. Glass French doors open onto a private backyard with a 2-person hammock and a cozy patio area for your morning coffee. In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too. You'll have access to things like an iron, hair dryer, towels, soap, paper towels, oxygen, and more. Free Parking is available on premises with two marked parking spots in front of the house. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to cook a dinner from scratch! The optimal number of guests would be 4-6, but we can fit 8 if you're willing to squeeze.
