The house exceeded all expectations—it’s even better than the pictures! Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, it’s equipped with every imaginable kitchen item you could need. Most of our time was spent lounging by the spacious pool or enjoying the incredible cinema room—both were highlights of our stay. We also had a couple of unforgettable BBQ nights, dining under the glow of the pool and deck lights. Charles and Jo were phenomenal hosts, providing seamless communication every step of the way—before, during, and even after our stay. Their attentiveness and care made the experience all the more special. I couldn’t recommend them more highly for finding your perfect getaway in Kissimmee. Gated community and well spaced villas in a plush setting and very close to Celebration and the Parks. The villa has been recently upgraded and the spec is top class - well designed and a great layout - though it does suit adults more than younger kids. Villa was absolutely spotless. Equipped with all the utensils we needed and more. Nice touch to have drinks in the fridge. Hosts were great and checking in very well organised.
