Located in the highly desirable Windsor Hills Resort, this fantastic home boasts 3 bedrooms - the primary bedroom is en-suite and has a king bed (new mattress 2025), the second bedroom has a queen bed, and there are 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have TVs. The primary en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Both have hairdryers and a good supply of towels. Guests will feel at home here and can take advantage of the amenities that the home offers, with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, WiFi and AC. Keyless entry, that eliminates the hassle of keys with a code, is changed after each stay to ensure the security of our guests. The condo has communal elevators and the Resort offers tranquil surroundings. Your stay in this comfortable condo will surely be a memorable one. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay. Please note that this home is classed as "self-providing." We provide the basic package of a toilet roll, bar soap and shampoo sachets in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags, dishwashing liquid and two dishwasher tablets to help you start with your vacation needs. Pool towels are supplied but must be returned to the home after use (no bath towels should be used in the pool area). The Resort Windsor Hills Resort is a gated community with a 24-hour manned entrance. The Welcome Center will provide you with wrist bands for all of your party to access the community facilities and you can pick up brochures for attractions in and around Central Florida. All driver names will need to be provided to us to ensure you are registered with the gatehouse prior to arrival and each driver must show a valid driving license to gatehouse staff in order to gain access to the Resort. There is a strict 3 car maximum policy for registered guests to each home. All clubhouse amenities are exclusively for guest use and are included in your stay. The upgraded facilities on Resort include: Heated community pool Kids Splash Pad and Water Slides Fitness room On site shop Amusement Arcade Cinema Childrens playgrounds Basketball Court Tennis courts Picnic area with grills and so much more! \*\*\* Please note that the waterslides and splash pad will be closed for restoration between January 5, 2026, to approximately February 13, 2026 but the pool will remain open \*\*\* Local Amenities: The Resort is situated within 5 minutes drive of the US192, which boasts a very wide range of popular restaurants. There is a Walmart (including gas station) just 5 minutes drive away. A slightly longer drive (15 minutes) will take you to either Sunset Walk Promenade for a mix of entertainment venues, restaurants, cinema and specialty shops or to the Rolling Oaks shopping plaza for larger retail outlets and more eateries. A 10 minute drive will take you to the I-4, which gives you easy access to beaches on either the East or West Coast. The drive to Disney properties was short and easy as the exit is just a few miles away. Walmart nearby for anything you need. The building had an elevator so taking bags up was very easy. The home was spacious, clean, well furnished, and very nice. The unit was clean and in a great location for a short drive to Universal. The twin beds weren't very comfortable for my teen. His bed was pretty squeaky. But check in was easy. The initial registration of the vehicle was a little hairy and could probably be streamlined a bit but the guards were very helpful and polite. The host was responsive to all questions and concerns. This condo was as described, mostly new furniture and furnished as described (initial essential toiletries provided). Short walk to the pool/mini water park. Easy checkin process, overall a nice stay. I would note the HVAC only goes between 72-78, this was not an issue for us in March. But something to note. ##### Christopher B. This condo was in close proximity to the park and airport with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping! The home was clean and quiet. The owner sets you up with initial supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags and dishwasher tabs. Walmart is less than 5 minutes down the road to shop for the rest of your needs. My only complaint about the home is the bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable. The kids had a blast at the water slides and the pool area was very nice. There are other activities such as a movie area, arcade, pool and ping pong tables and arts and crafts for the kids. Highlights: 3 bedrooms which allowed us to all sleep better than in one room. Good water pressure/hot water. Washer and dryer in condo so we didn’t need to pack heavy.We did not use the facilities available, but the pool looked like it was nice if we had been around long enough to use. Traffic was a pain, but only a 10 minute drive into the parks. There was a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, and a bar of soap and some shampoo/comditioner. It would’ve been nice to have a few washing machine and dishwasher pods as well as some dish soap. We just ran down the street to Walmart (about 3 blocks away) and picked some things up when we stocked with groceries. Overall, the place seemed clean. While the beds weren’t super comfortable, we were tired enough each night that it didn’t matter much. We would stay here again ##### Kara T.
