For those traveling with little ones, we offer Pack n’ Plays, a highchair, and a tension stair gate, at no additional cost. \*\*\*All items must be requested 14 days prior to your arrival. Just so you know, a baseline set of Pool Heat - set to 80 degrees in the summer (May-Sep), and 83 degrees in the winter (Sep-Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from (8 AM – 7 PM). During the winter, to constantly maintain a more moderate pool temperature, it requires a higher temperature (typically 88 degrees) and the pump is usually required to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $35 / Day. Please let our team know at least 48 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in. However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Host actually had rooms 7&8 conjoined making just 7 bedrooms. The host denied the listing(even tho we had screenshots and his other listing on other platforms says the same thing) and became very hostile and started threatening. Since then the host has changed his listing to reflect the correct information.Book at your own risk. We have shared our experience for future guests thru several platforms. ##### Thomas P. We requested a pack and play and were pleasantly surprised to also receive a highchair, bottle brush, and other thoughtful touches. The sparkling clean pool had a child safety fence, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to truly relax. The game room—with basketball, skee-ball, and more—was fun for all ages. The rooms are tastefully decorated with child-safe features throughout. We also loved the theater room for cozy movie nights. The kitchen and dining area were fully equipped with everything needed to host a large group comfortably. There were days that we didn't venture out because there was so much to do at this home.
