A very spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom family private pool home on the 24hr manned gated community comes complete with a King master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower including 2 direct exits to the pool deck. This is complimented by a queen bedroom again with it's own en suite bathroom. The home then has 2 fantastic twin rooms sharing a family bathroom for the kids. The family space is large and open planned with a well equipped kitchen for all of your self catering needs. 2 dining tables and an extremely large L shaped sofa looking to watch the large flatscreen TV and look out to the pool area. The pool area boasts an East facing pool deck with a good sized lanai to cover yourself from the day of sunshine should you need to escape the Florida sun. A large pool and spa that can be heated upon request is the perfect way to spend the day with the family on a down day from the parks and all of Central Floridas attractions. Walt Disney World is 5 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $32.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April. Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home. Please also note that there are parking restrictions on this community. The driveway for this home accommodates 2 cars comfortably, there is a limit to 4 cars per household. If you have more than four cars, they must be parked outside the gated community. No unregistered, inoperable, commercial, bus, trailer, RV or boat is allowed. The hot tub, wasn't a hot tub, no heat. The house did not have sufficient amount of towels. No wash clothes. My wife and I had to go out and buy wash clothes for ourselves and our kids to take showers and to bathe. First Time I have ever had an issue with that. Definitely bring some with you unless you want to go shopping for something that should have been furnished. The shower door in master bedroom wanted to come off track, so be careful with that. The main issue I have is with the security guard for the last night. Every other guard that was there the rest of the week was nice, just waved us through. I know he was probably doing his job, but being extremely rude wasn't in job description I say. The other days before we entered the resort area, the guards asked us our business, we told them address of house we were renting. They waved us through and let us go. The guy the last day said he would not let us through because we did not have a parking pass or copy of the rental paperwork. I told him I was never told I needed these items. I tried to tell him what the others did, he said he did not care. I suggested the others should be fired for not doing their job. He wrote us a parking pass after I suggested I would call the police for not letting me and my family at least retrieve our luggage and clothes. I would rent this house again, but I definitely would go an alternate route if possible. ##### Kevin M. The Bad I emailed the property manager group about our main complaints the first email went unanswered so I messaged thru VBRO and their reply was they would pass that info on. The refrigerator leaked like a faucet from the freezer and would freeze and thaw our food. Ruined most of our food There is a ton of black algea or mold??? On the sidewalk. We slipped on it several times. The pool side of the house had 3 gapping holes in the fasia where you could see exposed rot. I can't imagine how much water gets in that side of the house. The filter and air handling system needs to be replaced and cleaned. You can see tons of dirt on the ceilings where the air comes out. The main return air vent was disgusting. There's no point in cleaning the rest of the house if the air is gross. Pillows in the master were very old, chunky, and yellowed. The good The community was very nice and the layout and bathrooms was nice for our small group. The couch and bed were comfortable. Stayed a week and the property was very accommodating. Our original flights were canceled and we had to change the dates. Ashley made the change with no hesitation. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling with a big group. We had 7 in our party and there was more than enough room. ##### andrea b. Not worth it! I do not recommend this house. Rates too high for the current poor house conditions. Mainly negative points we've found and that needs immediately attention: - Dirty house… mainly doors, walls , windows and outdoor area floor; I really do not care to stay in an old house, but cleanliness and good presentation is ESSENTIAL. - Outdoor pool floor full of dead and dried worms. Most likely because they've been there for a long time. - The shower stall in one of the main suite was off the rails. My husband fixed. - The main room blinds room started to fall. Poor conditions. - Stinky living room carpet. - Old and broken furniture in the bedrooms. - Stained walls everywhere (mainly in the bedrooms, closets and dining room). - The garbage containers were smelly (very bad conditions) and full of flies. Since the cars was parked in front of the containers, these flies started to get inside the cars every time we open the door. Totally disgusting mainly for the kids! ##### Karen D. Check in was so easy and the attentiveness of the host was amazing. Even though this is through villa4you they got back to every question or request I had. Overall we had no complaints, and the small ones we did have were easily taken care of by the property managers. They were always quick to answer or respond to any issues or inquiries. It’s definitely not fancy or anything but it does the job. Kitchen has items you need for cooking and refrigerator keeps things nice and cold. AC worked great. Only thing I would recommend is a good wall cleaning, and cleaning up the washer and dryer area in the garage. It’s in need of a good one as there are cracks by the garage door which allows flies and lizards to sneak in. Other than that I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice budget stay. ##### Maria T. Outside light on back patio never worked. Smoke detector required a battery change. Four days into our stay we came home to a dark house around 6 pm and discovered the electricity had been shut off. We weren't given another place to stay until 11 pm. We relocated for the night to a house a block away which was not very clean. We had to gather up belongings to take with us for the night and wake up a one year old to move. The next morning we were told to return to the rental property only to find that the compressor for the central air was blown-out due to the electricity being shut off. We spent the rest of that day waiting for someone to come and fix the problem. It was in the 90s and very humid that day. The property manager was slow to keep us updated and luckily the tech who worked on the conditioner came back to check on us because a line was plugged and kept shutting down the air.
