Sofa Bed Queen Not Included

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Margaritaville was great but booking inaccurate with Expedia. I was told to speak with Expedia about the inaccurate booking by Ace Hospitality or Vstays, however when I did so and when Expedia contacted them they told Expedia all cottages came with sofa bed and I was forced to send pictures as evidence to at least receive a $50 credit for future travel. I needed the sofa bed as we had 7-8 guest with us. When I informed the front desk of what they told Expedia they then told that yes there should be a sofa bed and had an unenthused maintenance person come out to confirm that no this is indeed just not a sofa bed and just a couch. Instead of offering different accommodations or giving different suggestions they gave me sheets for a couch. We were forced to buy a blow up mattress. Margaritaville location? Great!Ace Hospitality/Vstays?: Untrustworthy and unsympathetic.
