Beautiful duplex home is located in Windsor at Westside.  
  
This fantastic resort features a club consisting of: lake and pier, has a large swimming pool with water slide for children, lazy river and children's water playground. It has a bar "Tu Casa Tiki bar & lounge" by the pool serving meals. There's also a full fitness center, volleyball courts, and a sundries shop.  
  
Excellent gated community with 24 hour security very well located just 17 min from the Disney parks, 27 min from Universal Studios and Volcano Bay, 25 min from Sea World and Discovery Cove, 18 min from Icon Orlando 360. (8879 GN ct)  
  
Charming two-story single-family home offers accommodation for up to 11 people that can provide an incredible experience for the vacation of your dreams.  
  
Downstairs we have an open plan concept where the full kitchen with island merges into a living room and dining room, multi-slide glass doors that open to the private balcony with furnished living and lounging areas, private pool. A half bath is available for access from the pool area. Also available on the lower floor is a bedroom with two twin beds and a shared bathroom through the hallway that leads to the living room.  
  
On the upper floor there is a large living room, ideal for watching movies and spending precious moments with family and friends, while on the upper floor there is a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe and private bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed with private bathroom and closet, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds with Minion decor, 1 bedroom with double bunk beds and a double bed, another bedroom with queen bed with private bathroom and a full bathroom shared in the hallway. you'll also find a full laundry room with washer and dryer.  
  
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:  
  
1\. The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.  
WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.  
I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.  
  
2\. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate.  
All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.  
  
\* We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.  
  
3\. If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.  
  
4\. Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.  
  
5 - POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $35 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days with 2 days request in advance (before arrival). Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 90ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 3 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. NO REFUNDS will be given due to incremental weather.  
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)

6\. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)  
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.  
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.  
  
7\. We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.

8\. We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house.  
  
If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.  
  
We are always at your disposal to provide you with excellent accommodation and allow you to have an amazing vacation while you are in our listing. Also, please keep in mind that our main form of communication is through Airbnb messages.

We are always available to solve any type of problem or inconvenience that may affect your stay with us. We are available for maintenance or requests in the hours from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, call us on whats app and we will return later, we support checkin until 10.00 pm.  
  
HOUSE RULES:  
Minimum age required to book this property: 21 years old  
  
No parties or events are allowed in the house, subject to a $1,000 fine  
Please do not exceed the capacity of the authorized guest at this property (11 guests).  
This property is not allowed to smoke/vape of any kind; if smoke is found, subject to a $350.00 fine.  
No pets are allowed, subject to a $100.00 penalty per day.  
Prior to your arrival, you must send the names and phone numbers of your guests (adults only).  
The door code will be provided to you the day before your arrival.  
This property has surveillance cameras outside in the patio area and at the front door.  
GARBAGE PROCEDURES:  
We provide every home with a daily garbage service.  
The plastic bench located outside the front door is a trash can. Please place all your trash in a tied-up trash bag to avoid a $100.00 trash removal fee.  
Please put your bags before 9:00 am daily  
Garbage will be removed every day. (Please do not leave the garbage in the container at night)  
Do not place unbagged garbage on the countertop.  
  
RESORT PARKING RULES:  
The resort only allows 3 cars, do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined, 3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk
