If you are looking for a property that ticks all of the vacation home boxes your search is over. Our luxurious villa is your home away from home located in the quiet exclusive gated community of Highgate Park, allowing you to escape from the noise of the highways and traffic after a busy day. This community offers tennis courts and children's playground and is just minutes from popular attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses and outlet shopping. Even better Disney Theme Parks are just 8.5 miles from your doorstep!
Our four bedroom three bathroom villa offers an open concept living area that is very spacious and tastefully decorated for guests. There are two master en suite bedrooms (1 King 1 Queen)each with brand new pillow top mattresses, with the third and fourth bedroom sharing a full Jack and Jill bathroom that sleeps 9 comfortably. Our home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, flat screen TV and full size washer and dryer. The garage is transformed into the ultimate games room equipped with pool table, foosball, air hockey, and electronic dart board.
The private screened lanai / extended deck area with outdoor shower has a SOUTH FACING pool & spa ($24 a day to heat) to ensure that no matter what time of year you are visiting you will get tons of warm sunshine all day long!! Large patio table seating for six, under the covered patio with ceiling fan and full size stainless steel BBQ that allows you to enjoy relaxing evenings while sitting and dining by the pool. There are also four loungers surrounding the pool area for those looking to relax and catch some rays.

The property was very clean and spacious! There were plenty of cooking utensils and lots and pans, which I find alot of places are lacking. The renters were very friendly and prompt in responses. Basic necessities were provided such as tp, paper towels, hand soaps, washer pods, dishwasher pods and trash bags. Would definitely stay again.

Nice house. Everything we needed. Definitely convenient to come back to a private heated pool after amusement parks and people all day. The kids loved the pool. 3-6 feet. Plenty of space and linen. This very spacious VRBO was great for our family of 4 and my parents. The pool onsite was convenient for young kids. Distance from Disney was very manageable. Make sure you order or pack additional paper products (toilet paper, paper towel) and cleaning products like laundry pods.

Very Nice

Very nice stay at this property. Clean and spacious enough for us six adults. Communication with the owners was excellent! It was a little further from the parks than I envisioned but it’s mainly a time thing, not distance. Coming from northern Michigan I didn’t account for the traffic enough. The pool, hot tub and lanai were very relaxing. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. Thanks for sharing your home, Derek and Danette!

Excellent house. Very nice pool and hot tub set up, although I’ve rented a lot of houses before and never had to pay for pool heat but in the end it was well worth it. The only complaint I would have and it’s a big one is that the air conditioning only can be set at 75 degrees, if I would have known that it would have been a deal breaker.

Just Okay

We enjoyed our Disney/Universal week at the property. The house was clean and spacious for our small group of four. Also, the kitchen was well-stocked for meal prep. However, the house is in need of some TLC. All of the game room items were broken or unusable (the pool table is on a slope, and the balls just roll to the side when un-racked). Many other items in the house were showing signs of wear or were broken. The pool was nice. However, the pool was not heated on our arrival, as it was incorrectly configured at the control panel. The property manager was fairly responsive and got it working the next day. The pool cover is a major hassle to remove and put back on (a rolling cover would be a major improvement). Also, the timer system for the spa is very inconvenient: the timer only turns it on for an hour, but it takes at least 1 1/2 hours to heat up. So, if you don’t babysit the timer, it will go cold again. The neighborhood is nice, but the location is not great. Even though the listing advertises 15 minutes to Disney, it never took us less than 30 minutes in traffic. Universal was at least 45! Also, there are few restaurants in the area, which was disappointing. The house was lacking many of the little touches that would have made it great; only one kitchen towel provided, and one box of Kleenex for the whole house, for example. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I doubt we will return.

Better than I expected

It was an enjoyable experience and probably best house we have been in. I had found it as a backup location since I was familiar with a previous a property when that property was no longer listed this place was our second choice and I’m glad it worked out that way! Just the open design and space of the house was great but on top of that such a quiet location and prompt responses from the owners makes us want to come back again and again!

Fantastic Orlando Villa

This Villa was a true home away from home and we couldnt have been more happy with our stay! The villa is spacious with comfortable furnishings, great beds and a fantastic screened in pool! Located in a gated community you feel very safe and the streets had very little traffic. The villa is modern and updated with tiled or laminate floors throughout and the hot tub was fantastic after my morning run Being located close to Disney is another plus for this beautiful place! We hope to be able to come back again next year for another restful vacation!
