Good location, very clean, few items need attention, kitchen faucet leaks and will not turn off from hot side, the damper on fridge for ice maker will not close causing blockage and ice build up, and both GFCI on porch are broken, fire hazard. Everything else perfect, will stay again

Great location for golfing outings and close to Disney. Publix store is very close to get groceries. Uber service in this location is great. Nice neighbors. Great place to ride bikes inside resort. Restaurants are 1 to 2 miles away. Condo does need a new couch.

We loved the the location and the feeling of safety that it provided. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured, we especially loved having coffee on the wrap around porch. The only downside (which really wasn’t that important)we found the sofa to be extremely uncomfortable and avoided sitting on it as much as possible otherwise it was a great stay.

After driving 12 hours our host failed to send The unit address, it took 3 hour to find the unit! Once inside the unit the coffee maker had a molded coffee filter inside it ! We had to go out everyday for morning coffee🙄

#### Lovely condo and resort

Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out in this beautifully decorated condo for the week. Booking and checking in were a breeze and communicated thoroughly. The unit was very clean but did show signs of wear and tear and age. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed not being crammed into a small hotel room. The television in each bedroom was nice as well. Would recommend bringing extra washcloths, coffee filters, toilet paper, dryer sheets & hand soap. They provide 2 dishwasher tabs , laundry detergent pods, and trash bags, as well as 1 roll of tp per bathroom. The bedding was completely different from the pictures in two of the bedrooms but fine. A pizza pan would be nice for the kitchen also. We did appreciate the extra throw blankets (in the master closet) for movie night, and the nice balcony and lounge chairs. Now if only there were a few board games or books available for a rainy day that wod be great. As far as resort amenities, we took advantage of the exercise facility across from the main resort tower, but wish we had an extra resort key as it was difficult for anyone else to do other activities or leave the resort without it. There are several fast food restaurants, a CVS and a Publix just across the street. Overall, we had a great time in this beautiful condo and resort and would stay again.

Accessing the apartment could have been clearer, we had a code but thought you used it on the emergency door key box. The door keypad (blacked out) only illuminates when pressed. Apart for that everything was perfect.

This is a great place to stay with plenty of room. Internet service is great. Pool is close by and so is grocery store. Only suggestion is that the unit is very tired and in need of paint and replacement carpeting

Good communication and follow up. Complex is quiet and was good for remote work. Unit well equipped, but large frying pan needs to be replaced. Could also use a pizza pan. Finally, the unit needs more than one resort card for multiple guests on site. Would definitely stay again.

#### Great stay, but...

This is a wonderful rental. Comfortable, clean, great area and lots of amenities. My only complaint is for whomever stayed before us. We hardly had any trash accumulated during our stay, but when we went to take out our single bag to the garage where the trashcan is, those before us left a gastly mess -- the trashcan was overfilled and with icky/rotten trash, but my husband managed to get it to the curb. However, there were also several bags near the can that were far too unsanitary for us to handle. I'm not sure how to remedy this; perhaps someone should come before check in to be certain the trash has been taken care of? We checked in on a Sunday and checked out on a Thursday which is trash day. Other than this, it was a wonderful stay.

#### Getaway

Enjoyed the comfy chairs on the balcony. Neighbors friendly and quiet. Condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. We look forward to staying there next year.
