Exceptional two-story home features five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a large combination dining and family room that overlooks the covered patio. There is a stunning master suite, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an upstairs loft. New highly energy efficient, homes feature 42” wood cabinetry, quartz countertops in both kitchen and bathrooms, slate appliances, state of the art security system and blinds. Enjoy the resort style pool, spa, basketball, fitness center, on site concierge, and much more. Amenities will include: Lazy River, Water-slides, Swim-Up Bar, Water Falls, Beach Entry, Spa, Splash Pad, Grill, Bar, Fitness Area, Theatre, Games Room, Tiki Bar and Cabanas. Simply relax by the pool, watch your family have the time of their life.  
  
The difference between this house it's the condominium. Windsor is one of Orlando's best Condominiums. Right next to Disney and with full infrastructure. In addition to the Condominium, recently delivered by the construction company. It was finely decorated to receive you with total comfort.

The house has a swimming pool (which can be heated to 94F, as recommended by the responsible team). But you can still use the condominium club, which has a restaurant, swimming pools, water slides, kids pool, arcades, cinema, sand volleyball court. In addition Windsor shop, restaurant, trolleys and tennis courts. We charge for heating the pool and use of the barbecue. You can inquire about prices with us.  
  
\*Other things to note\*  
  
\* Our house has a great quality barbecue. We charge an additional fee the use of the barbecue during the entire stay. If you need extra propane, you can purchase it at Gas Station.  
  
\* For pool heating we charge US$ 40.00 per day for a minimum of 4 nights.The activation must be requested in advance. Because the pool takes about 24 hours to reach the maximum temperature due to the volume of water to be heated.  
  
\* Our house has Pack'n Play for babies and high chairs. The kit containing the 2 items can be ordered for US$60.00 for the entire stay.  
  
\* The pool is wonderful is a delight. You will enjoy it a lot. But don't forget that children should not have access to the pool without adult supervision. That's why each has a safety net protecting access to the pool. Take care of children to ensure a safe and emergency-free stay. Attention to the pool!  
  
\* All amounts charged are via the Airbnb platform. We do not receive amounts in cash or by any other method.  
  
Beautifully renovated, fully furnished, end unit townhome only a 3-minute walk from all the amenities in one of the top resort communities!   
  
The community itself has a 24-hour manned guard gate - Huge clubhouse with an on property restaurant and bar - Massive resort style pool with water playground and tiki bar - Tennis Court - Volleyball Court - Hot Tub - Full Service Fitness Center - Arcade.  
  
ATTENTION – PARKING RULES AT WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE:  
  
\* All guests must stop at the gatehouse on Tripoli Ct. upon arrival.  
  
\* It is mandatory to present a reservation confirmation with:  
  
 \* Property address  
 \* Check-in and check-out dates  
 \* Names of the reservation   
  
\* Access to the community is only allowed with an access card (proxy card), which is provided at check-in by the resort.  
\* A one-time fee of $20 per vehicle will be charged at the gate.  
  
\* Maximum of 1 vehicles per reservation.  
  
\* Additional vehicles will not be allowed to enter and must be parked outside the community.  
  
About the Access Cards (Proxy Cards):  
  
\* Issued at the gatehouse upon presentation of a valid ID or passport along with the reservation confirmation.  
  
\* Valid until 10:00 AM on the check-out day.  
  
\* For exits and re-entries after this time, proof of late check-out is required.  
  
Other Important Information:  
  
\* Long-term renters must register at the clubhouse to purchase access cards ($10 each).  
  
\* Frequent visitors may receive passes valid for up to 3 days, renewable at the gatehouse.  
  
\- GARBAGE DISPOSAL  
Please put garbage on the bench or in the garbage can daily to maintain a clean home.  
  
\- CLEANING  
There is no daily cleaning service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.  
  
\-ONLINE PURCHASE  
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not be delivered, as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender.  
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX will deliver them.  
In some resorts, packages are delivered to the club. Fees may apply.  
Some resorts may not accept them.
