Two story1,914 Square feettownhome includes 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, a Private screneedSwimming Pool. Enjoy the privacy of the relaxing exterior space.No neighbors view from the backyard.  
The ideal vacation spot for families and groups. Sleeps up to 10 people.  
Modern open floor plan, beautifully designed combination living and dining room perfect for entertaining. Fully equipped kitchen with slate appliances, quartz countertop and bar stools. The kitchen overlooks the large covered patio with an in-ground pool for families to enjoy.  
One bedroom is located downstairs and three more are located upstairs.  
Downstairs: 1 Queen size and full bathroom with shower.  
Upstairs: 1 King size in spacious Master suite that includes a master bathroom with bathtub completed with his and hers sinks. 2 twin size beds in Mickey Mouse themed bedroom, 1 bunk bed (with 1 twin up , one full down and pull out bed), 1 full bathroom with shower. Full washer and dryer.  
The outdoor space is truly Amazing! You will enjoy of your own private swimming pool, sun loungers to enjoy and relax and covered lanai that includes dining table with chairs.  
The best part is the privacy from neighbors of the exterior space with side walls and no neighbors on the back.  
Contactless check in with an unique personal access code. The Guest will have privacy and will enjoy the whole house.  
Perfectly located in the desirable Champions Gate community with access to the Oasis Clubhouse with plenty of Amenities from 9am - 9pm located about 2 miles away small drive from the house or you can use the free resort shuttle from home to the amenities.  
Swimming Pools, Water slide, Lazy River, Splash park, Tiki Bar, Tennis and Sand Volleyball Courts, State-of-the-Art Fitness Center, Movie Theater, Game room, Playground, Quiet Pool, Restaurant, Private Air- Conditioned Cabanas with Private Services, ATM.  
With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities. You will be able to enjoy of several events throughout the month.

Very close to Disney World, ESPN, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and to all Central Florida’s major attractions, easy access to Highway 27, Highway 192 and I-4 and US-27 to get in a few minutes drive to Disney, Universal. Award-winning golf community, renowned instructors and international golfers have chosen ChampionsGate as the world headquarters of the Leadbetter Golf Academy.

\- We ask our guests to verify ID prior to check-in.  
\- Parties are not allowed in the house.  
  
\- POOL/SPA: Optional heated pool for $140 for the whole stay (Up to 6 days maximum stay). Should be requested and paid at least 3 days in advance. Pool takes sometime to warm, Pool heater runs 12 hours a day, where the SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tub and so the SPA and the Pool water temperature will be the same. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished.  
Please, use only plastic cups in the pool area. If there’s broken glass in the pool we need to drain and sweep the pool. The charge for this will be $500.  
  
\- BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service for $85 per stay which includes one (1) propane gas tank, should be requested at least 3 daysprior to the check-in date, after check-in time extra fee applies.  
  
INDEMNITY: By making this reservation the guest will indemnify and save harmless the Owner, the Management Company or Manager from any and all damage, loss, expense, claim, action or liability of any kind whatsoever, or however caused including, without limitation, a claim of any kind by any member of the Guest party. The guest is responsible for any damage of any kind to the property caused or contributed to by the guest, members of the guest party or by invitees of the guest. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
