Important Information for Your Stay
Optional Private Pool Heating: If you would like to heat your private pool, there is an additional charge of $40 per day, with a 2-night minimum. Please request this service at least 48 hours before check-in.
Note: The heater may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature (maximum 95°F). On cold days, the target temperature may not be reached.
Cleaning Services: Professional cleaning before and after your stay is included. Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
Self-Service Home: We provide a welcome kit with a starter set of basic items, but these may not last your entire stay. We recommend visiting the nearest supermarket to purchase any additional supplies you may need (food, toiletries, etc.). For hygiene reasons, we do not leave condiments or food items.
Package Delivery: For online purchases, we recommend using services like DHL, FedEx, or Amazon. The postal service (USPS) does not recognize vacation rental addresses, and packages will be returned to the sender.

While we offer free parking on-site, here’s some helpful information for getting around: Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 30 miles away. Public transportation options, including bus services, are available, with details on routes and schedules available at local transit websites or apps. Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Our fully equipped kitchen offers a coffee maker and essential utensils. This vacation home features new bedding and furniture. The pool area has a safety fence. Resort check-in is required. All guests, including drivers, must check in at the entrance with proper identification. Registered drivers need a valid driver's license. Non-drivers need a valid government-issued photo ID or passport. You'll receive an orange pass for clubhouse access. Rideshare services need a valid driver's license for entry. The orange pass must be displayed on your vehicle's dashboard. Failure to comply may result in towing.
