This is required to pre-register everyone and generate the gate access barcode/pass. An orange pass will be issued at the gate and must remain visible on the dashboard at all times. Photos of the pass are not accepted. Failure to provide the guest list in advance or to follow community rules may result in delayed access, denied entry, or towing by the HOA. The Neighborhood: Located in ChampionsGate Resort, a gated, safe, and family-friendly community close to Orlando’s top attractions. Approximate driving times (traffic varies): Disney World: 15–20 minutes Universal Orlando: about 30 minutes SeaWorld: about 25 minutes Orlando International Airport (MCO): about 35 minutes Restaurants, shops, and supermarkets: 5–10 minutes Getting Around: Free on-site parking is available at the property.
