Conveniently situated in Kissimmee, only 8 miles from Disney theme parks, our home provides easy access to all the exciting attractions of Orlando. Our home is located in the esteemed Windsor at Westside Resort, where guests can enjoy the full range of exclusive clubhouse amenities at no additional cost. In case of any questions, needs, or issues, you can reach out to us by app, text message, email, or phone. Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking. To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date. We were able to take a quick dip in the pool as well as take advantage of the community pool. The kids loved the lazy river and the play area for small children. The drive to/from the Disney parks took about 30/40 minutes depending on traffic but that was pretty normal from our other stays in this area. Some of the neighboring condos were being a little noisy, but it is hard to control for shop would be renting week to week and it wasn’t disruptive. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. ##### Brian L. It was clean but definitely needs updates- carpet is really worn and has many stains. The beds and pillows were mid at best- need some investment in upgrading that. Kitchen had lots of plates and cups! Loved that they stocked the basics for our arrival! They were awesome to communicate with and we appreciated that we could adjust the pool temp ourselves! Carpets need replacing some of the utensils are in need replacing. Needs more towels for how many bedrooms there are in there plus extra towels for pools. And for the property itself you need to bring your own floats for the lazy River cuz they're very expensive at the resort. Not the place to bring little kids as it turns into a party scene at night time. Becomes a tad loud when people start partying in every single unit near you. Kids enjoyed the pool area however I think way too early and that should be noted somewhere that they close at 7:45\. Also not mentioned anywhere is that you have to rent the cabanas. If it wasn't for the party scene the car could be needing to be replaced and not being told about having to bring your own floats or that they charge for cabanas I would have given it a five-star rating. ##### kevin s.
