### Large pool home with hot tub and games room located on gated resort

A large 4 bedroom pool home with hot tub and games room located within the gated High Grove Resort, extremely well located to all of the popular restaurants along Hwy 192, and Disney just 20 mins drive.  
  
The bright living area has plenty of comfortable sofa seating for everyone to relax. The space looks out to the pool deck and also has a large TV.  
  
The spacious kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. There is plenty of cabinet space and everything you may need to cater for your family. Grab a quick bite to each at the breakfast area, or share a full meal together at the formal dining area. Or why not dine outdoors?  
  
The pool deck faces west and enjoys the sunshine until sunset. Splash around in the crystal clear pool or sink into the bubbling hot tub and relax. There is a table and chairs under the covered shady area that spans across the full rear of the home, and loungers to soak up the Florida sunshine.   
Pool/spa heating available at an additional cost. BBQ grill available for guest use (small charge applicable if you would like us to prepare with propane and clean).  
  
The home features 4 generous sized bedrooms, including three king rooms and a further room with two twin beds that the kids will love. Each room features a TV and ceiling fan, with one bedroom also having a wooden crib.  
  
Don’t forget about the games room! You will find hours of fun challenging each other playing pool, air hockey and basketball shoot out. The space also has an AC unit to keep cool in the warmer months.  
  
High speed internet and cable TV included. Washer and dryer available for guest use.  
  
High Grove Resort is a popular base for vacationers due to its premium facilities and superb location close to the crossing of Highways 27 and 192\. The gated community is peaceful and well cared for – the clubhouse is within walking distance and offers a variety of guest amenities for your enjoyment. As well as the community pool and spa there is a fitness center, cyber cafe with printing facilities, pool table, free wireless hot spot and arcade room. Just across from the clubhouse is a children's playground with mini golf. An abundance of shopping and dining options are in short driving distance, including a large Walmart less than a mile away. Disney is 15-20 minutes drive, Universal and Sea World to the north, and Legoland to the south, are approximately a 30 minutes drive. For the keen golfers, Highlands Reserve, Championsgate and Orange County are all nearby.
