Property is great location. The house met our needs. There were problems though. Furniture needs to be replaced. Sofa was broken down and uncomfortable. One of the queen beds was concave and could not be slept in. Dishwasher was filthy inside and couldn't clean the dishes. The supplies were lacking. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom for a week. Only 1 roll of paper towels. No dish soap. Very limited cooking utensils. Priced below other properties for a reason.

I’m going to be as honest as possible about this property and my experience .
The property really is in a good neighborhood and check in was easy, overall the house more than accomadated my family of 12 and was pretty close to all Disney Parks 20 -30min away average and Universal Resort about 25-35 min away. The kitchen itself lacked essentials that could of made a big difference in our experience such as coffee filters, salt( mini salt shaker does not count lol), pepper, cooking oil that are pretty cheap but hassle for guests to go out of their way that could easily be supplied. I left coffee filters and a container of salt for yalls next guests. There actually was enought pots and pans for “our cooking needs” and the kitchen was clean and worked well and had ample space in fridge. The couches in the living room were so uncomfortable and I did see that mentioned in the previous reviews and I agree, invest in comfotable couches for yalls guests please and you’ll have happier guests. I did not take points off for paying pool heat as that is mentioned in the listing so it makes no sense to gripe about that when its been forewarned though the heat for the pool stopped heating 4 days into our stay and we paid for 6 nights so I took points off anyways as I had communicated this and took over 24hrs to be contacted. Communication was great prior to visit but slow once staying on property. Also some rooms don’t lock, not cool when your nephew walks in while your showering, fix it!

Disappointing Rental property - Stay Elsewhere
The gated community's single entrance led to extended wait times, especially around 4 pm check-ins, impacting our convenience significantly.
Upon entering the rental, we were disappointed to find the pool only half filled and not clean, despite being a primary reason for our booking. A leak was notified hours after check-in.
We also encountered other issues: missing patio blinds, uncomfortable living room furniture, malfunctioning doors/bathroom doors not locking, and unsatisfactory beds.
We requested a partial refund for the inconveniences. While the property managers responded promptly, it's been six weeks since our stay, and we've received no updates on our refund status.

Bare bones
Very little supplies, very little utensils or pots and pans. Pool hot tub cold and was told afterward that we had to pay for heated hot tub. No grill. Have to pay for that too. Checkin was delayed due to management company not responding in time. Overall the house was nice and clean and suited our purpose, just very little extras. I may be biased due to having a few rental properties of my own. We supply everything a tenant would need.

Great for any type of vacation
Location was great. The neighborhood was awesome and still being developed. If there was another location for fitness room, beach volleyball, basketball and small water pad it would have been perfect. House was not super clean dust sitting in corners. In addition the house had a few cabinets missing with normal wear and tear on paint.

What a beautiful home. Our youth loved the pool and the walking loop right out the back door. The themed rooms were a big hit. We even had one student sleep in the spacious closet under the stairs! The large kitchen and huge table allowed us to feel a crowd in comfort! We had a great experience!!!
