Our home is only a few minutes away from the Airport, Downtown Orlando, Universal, Disney, UCF, and local parks and lakes. Newly remodeled home. \- 3 full bedrooms, 1 full bathroom \- Access to entire home. Feel free to contact us through the Airbnb messaging app :) The home is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. We are right across the street from a kids baseball field and very close to parks. Navigating the neighborhood is very simple! As soon as you get off the highway, with just a few turns you will be arriving at the home. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars. Any additional vehicles may park on the street. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. \*\* You are welcome to bring up to two pets. A pet fee of $30/night per pet will be requested through the resolution center after the reservation is confirmed. \*\* The home is set up like a duplex. On the right side of the house there is another unit that will be rented to other guests. The laundry room is a shared space and you will have access to the laundry room certain hours of the day. Please message us for more details. \- Please note: The basketball game is currently not available. \- Guests must request to use the washer/dryer in advance, as availability is not guaranteed—our cleaners may need access while servicing the other units. Laundry hours are from 4 PM to 9 PM. 🌞 Florida Weather & Nature Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray! 🛂 Guest Requirements \- Guests must carefully review the full listing details before booking. Failure to read disclosures or comply with house rules does not qualify for a refund. \- If you choose to cancel, our standard cancellation policy will apply. \- The primary guest listed on the reservation must provide a photo of their government-issued ID via messenger once the booking is confirmed. \- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be one of the guests staying at the property. \- If the person who booked the reservation is under the age of 21, a $100 security deposit is required and will be returned after 14 days if no damages are found. There are no exceptions to this rule. \- No third-party bookings allowed unless agreed upon in writing. \- Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight, unless approved in writing. \- We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. The house was very small- the door of one of the bedrooms fell off the hinges on night 1 while attempting to close it. The kitchen faucet fell apart when attempting to clean the dishes from the sink. I sent a message to the host with my concerns and never got a response. It states access to washer and dryer- these were in a storage room outside and the door was locked. I messaged the host to ask about the access and never got a response. My family and I were very disappointed. ##### Misty A.
