Step inside this beautiful 2,263 sqft home with a private pool, BBQ grill, game room, and 5 thematic bedrooms with ambient sounds to make you feel like you're at the theme parks even when you're back home. Enjoy the resort with a bar, pool, water slides, spa, lazy river, hot tub, splash pad, game room, gym, sand volleyball, basketball court, or relax in hammocks!  
  
Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool just for you (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay).  
  
Additionally, there is a game room equipped with 9 arcades, a foosball table and a TV. The game room also includes a futon couch for additional guests. Each bedroom is adorned with unique themes and Smart TVs. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones.  
  
For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor with a full bathroom next to it. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with two sofa beds for additional guests and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms and game room are situated on the second floor.

• We offer a propane grill. There will be a $40 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it
