Two-Bedroom Apartment with two-bathrooms , Close to Universal Studios, International Dr., Disney, Fun Spot, Sea World, Shops, with parking, Gym and Hot tubs. The location is amazing, has 2 bedrooms , each bedroom has a private bathroom. One bedroom has 1 queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds, the livingroom has a sofa bed. each bedroom has a TV and also there is a TV at the livingroom Kitchen is fully equiped , you can feel at home , with a refrigerator , dishwasher , cooktop , microwave , toaster , coffe machine. EQUIPMENT hair dryer iron ironing board beach towels bath towels hand towels coffee maker toaster All Kitchen utensils Sheets, pillows, comforters The rersort has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool , Jacuzzi , Tennis court , Restaurant , game room . It is within walking distance of International Dr. ( 1 block), Universal Studios ( 1.7 miles), many restaurants close by meaning if you are looking for the best spot in town this is where you have to stay. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Check in: 04:00 PM Check out: 11:00 AM If you require an earlier check in and/or a later check out, it may be possible for an extra fee and since I do not have another guest leaving or arriving on the same dates. PARKING The building has a free open parking SWIMMING POOL The resort has 2 outdoor pol located at the back and 1 indoor pool located next to the lobby GYM The resort has a gym located next to the lobby TENNIS Tennis court is located at the side of the building LAUNDRY The laundry room is located on the 3rd and 4th floor works with quarters the cost is $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry TRASH The trash has to be placed outside of the building The building have two oversized pools, an indoor heated pool/spa, two kiddy pools, lighted tennis court, ping-pong tables, recreation area, playground, food court and convenience store all in site. Grocery store across the street. All Orlando best attractions, entertaiment, restaurants of all styles, shopping as well as downtown orlando are nearby, International Dr. attractions such as Titanic museum, Fun spot, Coco key, many more are just a short walk. I-Drive 360 (15 minutes walk) Universal Studios ( 5 minutes by car) Disney (20 minutes by car) Orange County Convention Center (7 minutes by car) Universal´s Islands of Aventure (5 minutes by car) Less than a block away from International drive , where you can find many restaurants. Unfortunately, this was the worst reservation experience ever. I booked it for our stay in Orlando while going to Halloween Horror nights with my daughter and her two friends. First, we were given the wrong address for this booking by the host himself. When we finally arrived at the right place we were told by the property agent that the elevator in the building was not operating and nobody is available to help us carry our suitcases to the nineth floor. The room was dirty - black hair on towels, trash in the bedside table drawer, used dishcloths and dollar store bought mirror was taped to the wall with a duck tape. This place does not look anything like the pictures posted on Vrbo and expedia. Living area is small but it is described that in the ad so it wasn't a surprise. Contact was responsive leading up to the visit but upon arrival the A/C wasn't working and I did not receive a response to my question. We finally figured out the thermostat needed a new battery which we purchased. Also, the second bathroom shower head needs attention. It sprayed all over the bathroom when showering. All in all, a nice little condo in a good I-Drive area locations and good value. ##### Brian W.
