This luxurious house has a large gas heated SOUTH EAST facing pool and an exceptionally large sun deck with safety net also 6 sun loungers and large dining table 6 chairs. The accommodation consists of 2 large masters with king beds (one en suite). 1 Queen bedroom with own shower/wc. 2 x twin bedded rooms one Disney Princesses theme, one Spider man, family bathroom to serve. A fully loaded kitchen with all mod cons, luxury dining and sitting area with large 50 inch smart TV and stereo sound system.Also smart Tvs in the two main bedrooms and TVs in all other bedrooms. It also has its own games room with pool table American football and darts. Spacious comfortable living in the best place to holiday in the world. The Solana Resort: The Solana Resort is one of the top complexes for British holidaymakers, mainly because it is a quiet gated community with rigid safety I D checks on all who come and go on the resort. It is a beautiful well kept resort and we all take pride in our property. The staff are welcoming and try to help with any problems you may have. The outdoor pool is wonderful catering in the afternoon for the children with ice cream and various organised games to occupy the little ones. Information is available at the clubhouse for all organised events, The staff can even organise a taxi if you dont want to drive yourself. Dont forget to visit the arcade and gymnasium and the tiki bar. WHERE ARE WE??: We are on the US27 at the solana Resort zip code 33897 opposite the Highlands Reserve complex whee you can play golf for a small fee. We are surrounded by plenty of top golf courses all around this area. Séjour de 21 nuits en avril 2017 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Donna T. 29 avr. 2017 #### Davenport Rental - Solona Community We rented last minute, so within 2 weeks we had everything taken care of - Caroline always got back to us and answered all of our questions. She is very friendly and easy to work with. The home's pictures are very accurate, it is a lovely home. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay! Solona, is very clean, well-manicured & safe. We had 1 person that liked to go jogging later at night and 1 who liked going in the early morning. Both felt very safe by themselves even though it was dark out. The houses pool area was very large and had plenty of seating for all. Even though there are neighbors on 3 sides of the house, we never really heard or seen anyone else and our stay was during spring breaks busy time. There were no pool toys of any sort or pool towels. There is no hot tub on the premises (which we were informed of right from the start) but with the clubhouse directly across the road it was an easy walk over there to use the pool & hot tub. Keep in mind the clubhouse closed at 9pm so don't plan on having a late night dip. The game room in the garage was ok, the items are older but we had fun with the pool table. The darts had no feathers on them and the foosball, ball itself, was not the best so we were not able to enjoy those games. The kitchen had enough pots, pans, dishes & glassware for the 7 of us, which were all nice & in great condition. There were plenty of bath towels and kitchen towels to go around; however there were only 2 washcloths in the whole house (We substituted hand towels in place of them). Now for supplies, we weren't as impressed. We did not get into the house until 10:00pm and found only 2 small partial rolls of toilet paper. We had to ration what there was since it was too late to go shopping (it was our 1st night in Florida and stayed up quite late celebrating). There was only 1 paper towel and 1 garbage bag. There were no soaps of any sort: bath, hand, kitchen, dish….There were no spices or oils or anything that I would have thought to be in the house for cooking purposes. (I've never rented a house that didn't have at least salt & pepper or toilet paper in each bathroom.) We left all of our supplies behind but I’m assuming the cleaners will have disposed of all the items? Also the recycling basket was missing so we just set the items next to the garbage can for pick-up. All in all it was a wonderful time in Florida and we greatly enjoyed our stay at Caroline’s house.
