The window treatments were in disrepair and the shower head also was ready to break and the TV didn't work. Few dining options at the site and no information as to how to find other options in the area

The property is well located and the room is very comfortable, clean and the bed is comfortable, no complaints about the room itself, however an employee came over and without knocking or announcing himself opened our door and got in to our surprise/scare, not very nice at all and apologized only after we ask what was he doing, it was early in the morning and we were getting dressed, very disappointing on customer service. We later saw that he was the person in turn at the reception
