Comfortable 4 bedrooms/3.5 Bathrooms townhome in the fantastic Regal Palms Resort & Spa gated community located 15min from Disney World. The resort features 2 pools, water slide and a lazy river. A perfect place for your family vacation. Children will love it!!! The space: It's a very spacious and renovated 4 bedrooms townhome (1,846 sf) that easily accommodates 8 people. In the first floor, there is a master bedroom, the kitchen, a half bathroom and the living room. The master suite has a king size bed, a TV, a dresser, a closet and a private bathroom. This room can be used by the grandpas or elderly people, so they don't need to use the stairs. This room has a independent entrance and people can get in and out without getting into the house, very useful for those who need more privacy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (microwave oven, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator), toaster and coffee maker. Dinnerware and cookware are also available to the guests. The wood tile living room is wide and spacious and offers a TV, 200 channels cable TV and, the couch and the dinner table. In the second floor are the laundry space, another master bedroom, a full bathroom and two bedrooms with twins bed. The master bedroom has a King size bed, a TV, a closet, a dresser, and a private bathroom. Both of the anothers bedrooms has two twin beds, closet, a dresser and a TV. The bathroom is shared by the bedrooms. We provide towels and sheets and in the laundry space there are a washer, a dryer and iron that will be available for the guests use. It's a self-catered unit but we always provide an initial amount of itens such as toilet paper,body hand, hand soap, dishwasher pacs, dishwashing liquid, sink sponge, etc. When the period of stay is longer or there are many people, they might not be enough and the guests need to supplement them according to their own consumption. FREE 35mb WIFI broadband internet available throughout the house. Two FREE parking spaces available in front of the house. Access to the guests: The home is located in the beautiful and awarded REGAL PALMS RESORT & SPA. Nestled in 2.5 acres of tropical settings, the resort combines all the facilities of a resort and the privacy of a vacation home. IMPORTANT \========== There is a resort fee of $ 20 plus tax per day/per unit (not per guest!!!) that is paid directly to the Regal Palms Resort at the check-in (i.e.: if you'll stay 4 nights, it will be 4 x 20). It doesn't go to me neither to Airbnb but you have to consider in your cost. This fee is mandatory and intended to cover maintenance and security costs of the resort. All guests will have complete access to the swimming complex (pools, lazy river, waterslide, outdoor spa), gym, sauna, clubhouse and restaurants. When you check-in at the front desk, you will receive a card that gives access to the gates to the townhomes and a wristband that gives access to the resort area. There is a complimentary towel service and lounge chairs in the pool area. There is an internet cafe with 2 workstations and wireless broadband near the front desk for guests use. An ATM machine is also available at the front desk. Tickets to the parks and information about all major Orlando attractions are available at the front desk. All the interactions with the guests should be made by through the VRBO site, e-mail and text messages. My phone number will also be available. I live in town and will be very happy to help anytime you need. Please let me know if you need something an I'll do my best to provide it to you. The neighborhood: There is a Publix (supermarket), a AppleBee's restaurant, gas station, Suntrust Bank at a walking distance from the resort. Just 0.5 mile from the resort, there is a Dollar General (budget store - very recommended) and a CVS Pharmacy. I arrived to the location at 9:30pm as we had to travel late after we got off of work. I never received check in instructions, which happens, but at least respond once your guest reaches out. I never received a response, the VRBO customer service reached out twice with no response, the VRBO supervisor also reached out with no response and then the concierge at the location also tried to call the owner/host and was unable to reach them. So VRBO cancelled and we had to scramble to find a new place to stay at 10pm at night. Very unprofessional and unfortunate. ##### Reginald W. We were going to parks and were only needing somewhere to shower and sleep. The bed were so uncomfortable we all woke up in pain. They only gave one flat pillow per bed. The twin beds felt like cardboard. The place looks like it was really nice when it was built but it needs some tlc. The maids left clothes in the washer and dryer so we had to pull stuff out to use the dryer. The nicest thing about this place was the resort amenities. After our stay they then accused us of "breaking a chair beyond repair". Which was news to me. I inquired about which chair specifically was broken since I know we didnt even touch most of them and was not given a response. The house was quite dirty, beds had bottom sheet and no top sheets. One blanket only on the bed, smelt of body odor and stale perfume. Downstairs powder room toilet did not flush, upstairs master bath leaked thru the ceiling to downstairs master bath. Host was quick to respond about the bedding, but overall the house is pretty worn out. Owner response was excellent. Beds comfy, nice towels, furnishings were in good shape. Could use better lighting. Rooms were dark even with the Florida sun. Only the basics to start out for supplies, so be ready to make a shopping trip when you arrive. (Most resort condos in Orlando area are like this.) Kitchen had the basics, but if you plan on cooking at the condo during your stay, you will need some cookware, baking sheets, alum foil, basic seasonings, everything. There is a Publix and dollar tree close by to get some of these. Perfect if you are just using the fridge/ microwave and eating out. Resort was clean and nice. Get to the pool area early if you want to get loungers. Very busy (we were there over Easter). Resort put on nice scavenger hunt for the kids.
