Feel instantly at home once you walk into the open living room, dining room, and kitchen space. The gorgeous kitchen features a bar for additional seating and is fully stocked with state-of-the-art appliances for your use. This condo offers an Avengers theme room with two full beds, another room with two full beds, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed an in suite bathroom with a tub and separate shower, sliding door heading to the balcony; and another bathroom that is not attached. Possibly your favorite part of the home, is the private Balcony with a sitting area so you can enjoy a beautiful sunset or sunrise for those early risers. Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. If your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95\. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents. We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Property has Beautiful decor, clean, comfortable beds. For us it was a place close to parks and it met our needs and surpassed our expectancies. The IHM team who manages the property were incredibly good about answering any questions I had quickly and were so nice, I needed a vacuum and they had it right over to me. The place was gorgeous and Champions Gate is a great community with everything you could want. One downside was the place had bare essentials. I bought coasters for glass table, garbage bags, windex , paper towels and many of the electric outlets didn’t work because I suspect the plate is on upside down, so big prong of cord doesn’t fit where it should.
