Situated around a scenic lake with a variety of water amenities and activities including a tropical resort pool with lazy river, two waterslides, and a children's splash pad. Relax in the spa or sunbathe on the terrace and sand beach areas. Fishing, canoe, and kayak rentals are available at the community dock. Do not forget to get in a game of mini-golf, volleyball, or basketball. (Please request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival) Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week. Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb). Place any excess bags next to the bin. All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags, and can’t weigh more than 30 lbs. Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up. NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly. All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged. Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. This is our 3rd time staying at Storey Lake. You can’t go wrong with this location especially for a Disney visit with our extended family of 8\. The spacious condo had everything we needed for our visit. The pool is excellent for a cool off after a long day at the park. And close enough to the airport and the cruise port. The house is located close to all major attractions, house was as listed with minor wear and tear. There were 2 downsides to our stay. It was 4 bedrooms and 3 baths all a good size. It was very clean and well furnished. we had 7 people and we were very comfortable, It is about 15 mi8nutes from Disney and maybe 20 minutes to Universal. Shops and restaurants and entertainment all within a few miles. I would definitely stay here again. ##### hattie c. The home is very clean and the perfect layout for families. As other guests noted, the kitchen is a little limited with cooking bowls, but that was our only concern.
