There was a sign above the thermostat stating not to move the thermostat below 72 or it would be subject to damage and we would be charged to repair it. In the check in email it stated that there was a 24/7 number that could be called for any issues. No one answered, I followed all the prompts and never got a live person or answering service. After I sent an email, I was contacted late that morning. I told them when we left the unit that morning it was up to 80 degrees, they asked me to send them a picture of the unit. They agreed to send their maintenance man and after I left another msg, and they confirmed the AC was out and needed to be fixed by a professional. I was ASSURED by the attendant on the phone that it would be done before we got back that evening at 5p. It was NOT repaired and no communication from anyone at Wonder Vacations called with an update. We were going to try and open the windows in the evening, but one room had ZERO windows in it and there were NO FANS. We tried to call again and the office was closed. I left a voicemail stating that we were leaving the unit. I had to find another place for our group of 8 to stay for the remaining 2 nts. No apology or any concession or phone call. An awful experience for a short trip. Walls were scuffed everywhere. Body towels were paper thin & 1 per person! ##### Jennifer M. It was GREAT for our family of 8\. Everyone was very comfortable. Lots of bathroom and beautifully and modernly decorated. It was so close to Disney and right next to a Walmart in case you needed supplies. The kitchen is very well stocked. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Himani N.
